This year has been a crazy ride for sure. 

Brian Kest is an amazing teacher that helped me through some of the roughest times in my life.
 My girlfriend Suzanne  has been watching his classes for more than 20 years and introduced me just this year to his classes:  they are so approachable and without pretense. 
He teaches with wisdom, and  humor. His wife Melissa creates good vibes. I feel like it has helped me regain myself.
