Old Tjikko is the musical alter ego of Malin Dahlström, a swedish composer and singer. based in Stockholm. Old Tjikko has released two ep:s and one album, available in any digital recordstore. This is a compilation of demo recordings from over the years. The tunes and lyrics have been caught on tape from cottages deep in the woods, in big city living rooms, snug closets and studios around Sweden. Old Tjikko will be releasing a new album in November. Old Tjikko are currently playing live around Stockholm. In the live performances Malin Dahlström is accompanied by Christine Ericsdotter Nordgren on piano and accordion, Henrik Nordgren on bass, Marcelo Munoz Alquinta on percussions and cajon and Oscar Björk on guitar.
