Drawing inspiration from the playful dolphins of the Black Sea and Azov Sea, Afalinas sets its course to highlight music rooted in 90s breaks and ambient house with the tech-funk, electro, and deep house vibes of the 2000s.

Recorded live at The Rhythm, Toronto . A four-hour vinyl led session focused on long-form storytellng rather than peak-time dynamics. 
Drawing from early-mid  2000s  UK and Us records, recent discoveries, and unreleased material from Afalinas and affiliated artists, the set moves patiently, allowing space for repetition and subtle shifts. 
Two hours have been selected from the full night, reflecting a moment where the dancefloor ceases to function as a stage and instead became a shared listening space
