I made it to Calgary with the cats, the parrot and the guitar.  Went to Yellowknife to pick up an SUV from my dad, he's going blind.  The man I love is stuck in a hospital right now, I'm going to need money to fly up to Peace River to get the SUV because it needed repairs, so I can drive to Ottawa to get the budgies and whatever I can carry, once I have some gas money.  Need to work.  Need to rescue the rest of my family.  Partner is still in the psych ward, I don't know if or when he'll be out.  I have friends and a roof over my head.  I evacuated Ottawa with the three animals I could get on a plane.  Running out of cat food.  Will find calgary resources tomorrow.  Will find a job.  Will carry on.  I can't sleep.  I have a guitar.  I have a laptop.  I will sing.
