Premiere: Against The Time & Victor Enzo - Tesla (Lucas Freire & Dante Pippi Remix)

Senso’s approach to delivering the finest in pulsating, dancefloor rocking techno continues with the release of the Level 04 EP. Featuring four killer tracks by four different artists, the EP provides
a welcome reminder of the rude health techno finds itself in during 2017/18. 
First up are STAB Virus, the South African duo of Siphe Tebeka and Makonwabe Bekwa, who are making waves internationally with their uncompromising style. Accompanied by Citizen Kain
- the French producer is adding his own signature slant. 'Torium' is a starkly effective slice of streamlined, sharp edged techno. Label favourite Carlo Ruetz carved out a niche for himself with
his ‘twisted technoid minimal’ sound, a philosophy he continues to adhere to here - 'Sky's Black' bubbles with menace and attitude, fizzing over into moments of barely restrained euphoria.
Mr. Bizz - the duo of two Italian brothers Fabrizio and Matteo Floris - maintain the quality with their cut 'Algarve' - a muscular techno outing with a narcotic, wonky edge. Another regular on the label - the UK’s dubspeeka brings his own flavour to proceedings - 'Aakash' is a superbly crafted burner - a pulsating rhythm track punctuated by abstracted melodic hits.

In addition to the new forthcoming ‘PLAY! 04 Live in Melbourne’ release, Oliver Huntemann is also releasing an EP comprising two dark tracks that are awash with his unique musical stamp.

The last six months have been fantastic for Oliver. His concept album ‘Paranoia’ demonstrated a new diversity in his creative output, and provided fans with a collection of songs that were equally suited to home-listening and club soundsystems. Similarly, the new EP continues to deliver on quality, and serves up two productions influenced by his time down under.

On the A side is Tasmanian Tiger, a pulsating, warbling, synth driven track whose breakdown gives way to a teasing peak-climbing journey before the track’s mesmorising crescendo. A track that is certain to be used by headliners in peak time slots in the coming months.

Side B is ‘Melbourne’, which also features on CD1 of the new ‘PLAY!’ compilation. It involves dark, deep and driving drum patterns, but also synths that give off the intensity and warmth of a hot sunny day. Hefty amount of heads-down hands-up moments throughout this one.

Oliver is one of the few revered producers in the scene who is unrivalled in his ability to construct deceptively intricate yet powerful songs.This is illustrated by the fact that he has remixed the likes of Underworld, the Chemical Brothers and Depeche Mode.

The Swiss duo Theydream consists of the brothers Stefan and Jonas Roos. After their last successful release, "Always Mine", in May, the next coup already follows. With their new single „Equilibrium" they show us their experimental side. We are used to being surprised by these two top musicians over and over again, but this release takes us on a musical journey in a very special way. After the two spent a lot of time together during the Corona period, most of it in the studio, this track was created on a whim. With a lot of melodic content the track reminds of a successful movie soundtrack. Nevertheless they remain true to their dreamy music genre. The art of it: The track is still club-suitable and danceable as always.
