The soundtrack for short film Carrot (2013). My first real attempt at turning a notated score into something remotely listenable using MIDI orchestration. Not perfect, but a big step forward.

Nothing but Silence

A summary or 'conceptual outline' of the studio project "Man, Light", the composition of which is to take place between March and May 2014.

The finished piece is to be around seven minutes long.

Final year studio project, though very little time was spent in the actual studio. Inspired by a photograph by Elin Waldenström.

Composed with binaural panning effects, thus listening without headphones only gives you half the experience.

Featuring the Gérardmer mountains, the Brighton seafront, Guadeloupe cicadas, and 37 other natural sounds, instruments and electronic sounds.

Finalized in May 2014.

Piece for SATB choir, performed by the wonderful, Uppsala-based student choir Schola Cantorum in Turku Cathedral in May 2015.

One thing I ask of the Lord
That I may dwell in the house of the Lord
All the days of my life
To gaze upon the beauty of the Lord
And to seek him in his temple.
