This is a hybrid bassdrum I made from two 808 and 909 samples 

My goal was to create a kick that combines the best of both worlds – the rich sub bass ooomph of the 808, and the powerful transient of the 909, which cuts through the mix much better than a soft 808.

I first used this kick on my 2020 Bedrock release "Burn Your Love" – check it out!

About Prismode & Solvane:
Prismode & Solvane are lovers and creators of Progressive House & Melodic Techno. Kickstarting their residencies at well-known Berlin institution Ritter Butzke back in 2015, both artists quickly realised that they were an ideal fit. Think of Fish & Chips, Burgers and Fries or Beans on Toast, when these two get together it certainly gets tasty. 

Fast forward to 2022, and the duo have become an important part of the Ritter Butzke family and are heavily ingrained in everything to do with the brand. Prismode took charge as the Director of the club’s booking, whilst Solvane got on the airwaves with their very own radio show „Radio Butzke“ on Fritz Radio and as label manager or „Ritter Butzke Records“. 

It doesn’t stop there for the two music wizzards, whilst the club brand is keeping them busy, they have also enjoyed releases Berlins infamous labels „Katermukke“ and Oliver Koletzki’s „Stil vor Talent“. 

However, even though they love creating and meddling in the studio, what gets them really excited is to get together in front of a crowd and play, where things can get a tad rowdy. Famous for the energy they inject into their shows, which showcases their true passion for the music and brings their unique style to the fore, the pair have been globetrotting the big stages from London to Istanbul and Amsterdam to Ibiza.

I am a melodic techno DJ based in Manchester/Liverpool. I started DJING in 2018 and attended my first afterlife event in 2019 at printworks in London. 

My love for Melodic techno has grown ever since and it’s grown so much, that I have now started a new adventure. I have started up my own melodic techno event in Liverpool to try and expand the melodic horizons, as I am aware of the lack of melodic events outside of London.
