The Great Tree Speaks

James A. Reeves and Oliver Blank collaborated on a city-wide art project in Indianapolis entitled The Bureau of Manufactured History, exploring dreams, hopes, lies, myths, and rumours from Indiana's state capital.

During the project, residents were invited to call a number and answer a question about their city. The recordings appeared in an installation: The Former Desk of the First Office of the Bureau of Manufactured History.
