"This One's For Us", which hit music platforms on April 20th 2022 as Olivia's third single release, is a song about being brave and having the courage to chase your dreams even if they seem outrageous. It's also about letting our lights shine, in a world that can feel increasingly dark. Music blog The Indi Music Insider called the song “an anthem of exhortation to live our best life.”

This One's For Us

Launched across all music platforms on July 7th 2021, Till I can Get To You is a song for our times. Written in 2020 in the height of global COVID-19 lock-downs and resulting border closures and travel restrictions, the song resonates with all those who have been separated from loved one’s due to the pandemic.

“Nice To Meet You” is a coming-of-age song about growing up, finding your place in the world, making tough decisions, treading your own path, and shooting for the moon even if you land in the stars. It’s about welcoming in and accepting the new you, who is made up of all that you’ve seen and done up until this moment.

An original song, recorded by candlelight one Friday evening two days before we left South Africa to start our new life in Australia, in a lounge room studio belonging to the amazing Alan Judd. Credits and heartfelt thanks to Al for the amazing guitars, recording and mixing/mastering; Eric Savage for guitar and vocals; Melan Blackman for keys and vocals. The team jumped on board to help make this dream a reality with just two day's notice and with just a three-hour session (in which we recorded three songs!!) to make it happen. I'm forever grateful that I got this down before we left African soil, as the song was conceived and bought to life on African soil, and so it only seemed fitting to record it there. 

'Chains are broken' is song for anyone battling with fear...as we all do at one stage or another. Fear about anything - the road ahead, the road behind you, the unknown - whatever it may be. May this song help you call down peace, faith and freedom from your fears and may those chains of fear come crashing down around you as you listen!
