Skwal is fictionnal band part of a world building project I am working on (Pickpock). A shark based heavy metal band telling stories about sharks, the ocean and why not pirates, which could be adapted into story videos, comics, video games and all.
I have been thinking about doing a whole album for the sake of building a background to the stories, inspired by the Pentakill project from Riot Games. I am a concept artist, so I mostly do concept art. I have been playing guitar for atleast 3 years and know a little about composing music. I have written few songs for Skwal and I am planning on paying musicien/singers to produce the first song. I haven't decided which song yet, I am still going back and forth on them, but I have two of them already written and ready to be played, and why not if the first song gets a positive response, I would like to make another kickstarter to produce other songs from the album "Swimming in the Current". The overall project is a concept art project,  the songs are made only for the sake of supporting it and by no means have the pretention of being excellent, or game changing for the music industry. This is for roleplay purposes more than producing real music.
