Sapphist Eye

@sapphist Eye est une des DJ résident.e.s du @collectifcntrl basé à Paris et qui organise les soirées Pimp My Queer. 
Elle a fait ses armes aux platines des soirées queers parisiennes en passant par le Wanderlust, La Java, le Cabaret Sauvage ou encore La Péripate. 
Ses sets très électro vont vous faire voyager entre la Dark Disco, un peu de New Wave, d’Acid, et une touche d’Italo Disco !
Elle s’est récemment mise à la prod avec entre autres une sortie en Février dernier sur Les Disques du Lobby, et un rework de Dombrance.

Sapphist Eye est DJ depuis 2018 et a commencé à produire de la musique électronique en 2021. Fan de sonorités new beat, indie et techno, sa musique s’articule autour d’un univers à la fois puissant, sensible et percutant.
Après une adolescence bercée surtout par le Rock, elle plonge dans les musiques électroniques en parcourant les soirées queers à Paris. Elle finit par passer derrière les platines quelques années plus tard, lancée par Morello lors d’une Kidnapping au Wanderlust.

En avril 2023, son titre « Exist Everywhere » est sélectionné pour faire partie de la 2ème compilation du collectif lesbien Barbi(e)turix, réunissant 18 artistes et marrainée par CHLOE. En novembre 2023, elle signe son 1er EP en duo avec Naominitel sur le label Les Disques du Lobby, précédant de peu son premier EP en solo sorti en février 2024 sur le label Lumière Noire.

Sapphist Eye is a Paris-based DJ and producer who blends new beat, indie, and techno into a unique soundscape that's both powerful and sensitive, merging dark and sunny tones. Her track "Exist Everywhere" was featured on the second compilation by Barbi(e)turix. Later that year, she released her first EP as a duo with Naominitel on the French label "Les Disques du Lobby", followed by her debut solo EP on Lumière Noire Records in 2024.

DJ et productrice, Sapphist Eye évolue dans la scène électronique avec un univers singulier. Avec des sorties remarquées sur des labels comme @lumierenoirerecords, @neinrecords ou encore @lesdisquesdulobby, elle trouve sa signature sonore naviguant entre darkness, deepness, intensité, et parfois quelques éclaircies bien placées.
Pour cet Osmose Cast, elle nous propose quelque chose d’un peu différent, partant d’un univers plus solaire à des atmosphères plus flottantes, texturées, enveloppantes. Entre beats hypnotiques et nappes aériennes, on retrouve un dialogue de puissance à légèreté, le tout pour une immersion aux accents oniriques.

Sapphist Eye navigates eclectic electronic musical universes to create its
own: percussive, powerful, sometimes dark, sometimes colorful, in search
of emotion and depth.
As a producer, it all began in 2023 when her track “Exist Everywhere” was
selected for inclusion in the 2nd compilation of the lesbian collective
Barbi(e)turix, featuring 18 artists and sponsored by CHLOE. Shortly
afterwards, she signed her first duet EP with Naominitel on the French
label Les Disques du Lobby, followed by her first solo EP ‘Another Side’,
released in February 2024 on Lumière Noire Records. In 2025, two EPs
added to her sound signature: ‘Idol Spell’ on Nein Records and
‘Mutate+Back’ on Lumière Noire Records.
