Nude Disco proudly presents the debut EP from Swiss funk maestro Baltazar B. We first picked up on Baltazar B after he sent us ‘Ficus’ a track which went on to appear on the Nude Disco Selec- tions Vol 2 compilation. His funk based mid tempo sound is a bit of a deviation from previous Nude Disco releases but so smitten were we with the vibe of every track he delivered that we snapped them all up for one top quality EP. With the exception of ‘Groovydin’ (which features Baptiste ‘Bouli’ Amstutz on guitar & Entlet on production and mix duties) the EP is recorded and crafted by Baltazar in his own studio using a dazzling array of vintage synths, guitars and drum machines.

Here’s a new track i’ve done with my friend Arron Curtis aka Curtis Chip. We took an 80’s soul/funk sample and threw it in the mix with a few choice synths and beats to produce ‘High Rollers’. Free Download.

Of U’ originally appeared as the lead track on the 2015 Nude Disco compilation ‘Selections Vol 2’ and is the second track to be given it’s own full release (Auxiliary Tha Masterfader ‘Disco Machine’ being the first). ‘Of U’ features the vocals of Brixton based singer/songwriter ‘Foreign Boy’. It is now ready for 2016 with a host of remixes from Final DJ’s, Elektromekanik, SunnySunday & Baltazar B. Nude Disco provides two new mixes himself, the Elektropop Remix takes the track into 80’s club- land while the Extended Mix adds a club friendly vibe to the 2015 Original.
