Imba LIVE @ Balkan Goa Fanatics - Suntrip 10 years

Goa is over 20 years old in the mean time. Time to have a retrodelic look! For this I dug in my huge cd & vinyl collection and decided to make a mix for every year for the period 1994-2014 to show the "new" generation of goa people how goa-trance evolved, and never really died ;)

This fourth mix is - again - about 1996, mixed with 2 CDJ1000s and Pioneer djm300 (so no lap top mixing involved!). 
After the 1996 - morning side, withpure melodic morning trance, I now tried to represent the more acidic, a little darker side of goa around that time! :)You'll see lots of more obscure tracks... Good music is not only from famous labels... you'll see ;) 
Next coming up... The 1997 mix! :) I think I will also make 2 mixes for that year :) Also, one morning mix and one more acid-trance mix!

Imba LIVE @ DharmaRoad To Connection Festival

A reworking of the set that I played at the ZNA Gathering in Portugal on August 4, 2015. The overall flow is basically the same, though there are 3 tracks that I didn't include because they are very rare and unreleased (by X-Dream, Graham Wood, and Hallucinogen), and in two cases here I used the commercially available versions of mixes when I'd played alternate unreleased mixes at the party (Green Nuns 'Conflict' and TIP's remix of KoxBox's 'Too Pure'). I also shifted the order of two tracks as with the current flow the transitions made more sense this way...  Still very much the same story, with just a few variations!

- Here it is only 2h 20 minutes, that is because the "bis" number was Aes Dana vs Asura - Elie! :) That made the set exactly 2h 30 minutes! :)
- The  other thing,  on Boom, I took the wrong Etnica cd (CD2 instead of 1) so Vimana was not played by me, instead I ended my set with Children of Stones by Hunab Ku ! :) Here, the original plan was done ;)

Live recording of my set at Apsara Festival in Romania this year. It was an absolute pleasure and an honour to play on the same night as Bandagor, K.O.B, Battle of The Future Buddhas, Ka-Sol & Sunborn. Not to mention the festival as a whole! A very crazy night and week of music it was :)

Live @ Apsara Festival 2018

Its good to be back on this awesome place. Standing between Max and Mauri, legends of our scene, and playing just before their space closing set, for a wonderful crowd, who gave me such an indescribable feeling while I was playing, a truly priceless moment in my life. Thank you Hueznar team for giving me opportunity to experience something like this, it will stay in my heart and head forever. I am fulfilled with positive energy that was accumulated during my stay there, and I am so looking forward coming back, as this festival needs to be a MUST for every festival lover, pure perfection in all possible ways!

Dear elfs, dwarfs, faeries, people and all other species, this is my live recorded  set from beautiful Hueznar festival, used only Pioneer CDJs and mixer. I had privilege to play after pure emotional uptempo set by Asura and just before ultra space closing set by Max & Mauri from Etnica.

Hueznar Festival 2019

A remix of my August 20, 2019 set that closed the Goa Guardians pre-party at the ZNA Gathering in Portugal.

I had agreed to have my set recorded, but unfortunately the device was accidentally set to microphone mode when it was plugged in. The audio recording of the 'air' at the event, complete with cheers and whistles from the crowd, is also uploaded elsewhere on this channel, but this current upload is a high-fidelity remix of the same story flow.

This recording features the first 2 hours or so of my 2.5-hour set, the last half hour of which featured three rare tracks that I am reserving for live appearances only: the legendary 25-minute mix of Slinky Wizard's track Wizard (the DAT title is 'Solar Journey'), the end of which I mixed with the last portion of a 16-minute mix of The Infinity Project's 'Uforica' and the opening of an unpublished mix of Hallucinogen's 'LSD 93' (featuring a different sample than the one used in the released mixes of the track, the one that would later be featured in 'Demention'). For this set remix, I have added a few minutes of these three rare tracks as a kind of closing medley, similar to the final few minutes of my actual set.
