METEO "Age of ASD" est une compilation de remixes de morceaux qui proviennent de titres de jeux de la NES (Nintendo) édités pendant la très brève période ASD en France (2ème semestre 1987.)
La scène musicale club électronique francophone s'est réappropriée ces musiques pour confronter leur modernité avec la leur. Un crossover qui fait suite à la première compilation METEO DIC PROJECT de 2018. Avec la participation de Die Klar, Voiron, Class Compliant, BJF, Souharce, Owelle, Cinder, KelyBoy, Daria, Fashion Italia, Pulgasari, Estebahn, Eve-Lise Blanc Deleuze et Isaac Pante. Un projet curaté par Witold Langlois pour METEO. 2021

BJF - Donkey Kong (METEO "Age of ASD")

There were strange markings, sketches and drawings etched into the old brickwork. The scribbles told the story behind the people who had lived here long ago, before the rest of civilisation found out. This was once a great palace, a mysterious temple in which bliss could be found in strange spells, potions, poisons and delights. Now it was simply another place to visit with a callous gaze. What had once been a utopian vision of life, now reduced to a mere tourist hotspot and an empty faceless visitation hall. 

Terror Peaks is set to release a new EP on MOTR, a sub imprint of Slow Dance, a record label from London with which we follow with close attention. The imprint itself sits somewhere between the post punk and experimental fringes of music culture but occasionally dabbles in electronic escapades. This new EP from Terror Peaks is one such outing and sets a marker for things to come.

Deegree #008 : Kaiza & Taos - Just/ Stuck
Taos is a Belgian producer who started his journey into drum and bass and jungle back in 2005 when raves were seemingly an everyday experience. After exploring jungle, breakcore, dubstep and hardcore, alongside neurofunk and darkstep for years, his releases are today focused on the deeper side of drum and bass with a taste of emotional and aggressive elements within.
Kaiza started mixing Drum & Bass / Jungle some years ago (1996). Whilst interacting with  scene and music, his knowledge also grew and he started to re-define his basic principles of DJ-sets aswell as he developed an unique approach of consistency, constancy and upward build-up of sets.
Besides deejaying Drum & Bass, he started making his own music (2005) and has put out quite a number of vinyl singles and digital releases. Beside this he’s running his own imprint "T3K Recordings" and organized club-events in the Mannheim / Heidelberg area in Germany

Their joint EP contains two dreamy tunes. "Just" and "Stuck" , fitting to the current situation. Stuck" is a rolling piece with some techy finesse and straight drums, but again it has a very dreamy overall atmosphere due to the supporting spheres.

‘These days we just want to make weird stuff' - X&G

It’s a commendable ethos for a constantly evolving electronic music scene, to avoid any specific genre or trend & stand alone with a unique sound. The Salt Lake City pair do exactly this with the ‘4am’ EP, a 5 track collection that displays the versatile yet cohesive sound X&G have to offer. 

From the very first track, the EP feels like a lucid dream, influenced by a wild variety of sounds, maneuvering with ease from the eccentric ‘MAUB’ & ‘Mancha’ through to ‘Home’, a hypnotizing composition with vocals from the talented Kida.

This song was inspired and is build up by the extremely professional samples from Algue. Algue is an extremely talented multi-genre producer from Montreal, with a really messy and dirty style from which this tune was inspired. I was trying to go for a chaotic composition that enhances some sort of harmony with broken drums and styles. Hope you enjoy :)

Israel is only the executioner, every nation which has armed that country in the past year is an accessory to that genocide.  We cannot talk about war crimes because when you target unarmed civilians, mostly women and children, we are talking about a massacre, like terrorists do, not a war. The people who orchestrated that massacre, in the US, the most duplicitous, followed by those of the UK, Germany, France, and probably a few lesser ones should be tried for crimes against humanity just as well as Netanyahu and his cabinet, because it has been going on for two years, generously reported by media of all kinds, so the enablers knew exactly how the arms were to be used, as a tool for revenge, domination, and humiliation of the Palestinian people.  The conflict has ceased to be about the defense of anything for months.

The parties responsible have made a mockery of decency, morals, fairness, proportion, or justice, not to mention empathy.  Of what little there was, these concepts will be a lot longer to come back than they were to be struck down.

I have not been able to recover access to my other account [https://soundcloud.com/ha-kekong] for a couple of years.  I have tried a few times to get back into it but SoundCloud doesn't trust me.  Same phone number, same email addresses, and they still claim that they can't verify my identity.  I created that account about three years ago as a substitute to my regular account which SoundCloud temporarily closed.  They closed it as part of some upgrade procedure in their system, the result of a bug that affected many accounts, about two years ago.  Since SC did not inform its users I didn't know if that was permanent or not, so I created that other account which I can't access. You can't see it because of the angle with which I took the shot, aiming down, but beyond those blocks is the sea.  To the left is the Mediterranean, to the right is the Atlantic Ocean.  No it's not Gibraltar, but a little bit further West. ... Actually I checked recently and it is further North more than West, I thought I was facing South when in fact I probably was facing the Atlantic ocean, which is why I suppose the waves were of a decent size where we were.
