Jeder neue Schritt im Leben ist aufregend, insbesondere wenn man ein Umfeld für neue Ideen schafft. Aus einem zufälligen Aufeinandertreffen im Treppenhaus eines Kölner Mietshauses ist eine musikalisch fruchtbare Freundschaft entstanden, aus dem Basteln und Schrauben das Projekt "Olleg&Flex". In ihren Co-Produktionen verbinden Olaf Steinbach und Felix Heermann House mit Minimal Sounds. Dabei ist es ihnen wichtig, alle produzierten Elemente LIVE wiedergeben zu können und diese so zu verfeinern, dass dem Publikum nichts anderes übrig bleibt, als zu rocken! When Olaf Steinbach and Felix Heermann (http://soundcloud.com/felixheermann)  first met, they were standing on the stairway to the second floor of an apartment house in Cologne. At that time, they had not known about each others passions yet. 

Previously, Felix had taken an active part in different bands and sound projects while Olaf played unscripted jazz-piano and completed a music education in form of a state-approved diploma. 

However, they decided to start creating a track and to check whether both music interests harmonized... the project "Olleg&Flex" was born. Three months later, they played their first LIVE gig in Cologne. 

Since thier first session, they have been keeping on co-producing, e.g. making "home-made", self-produced music for LIVE experience... and Felix started to delve into all the "mysteries" of Ableton LIVE, always searching for new beats and grooves.
