Belgium enfant prodige Jaen is next on Tamango, as the young prospect is ready to make his label debut with 'Ensemble' EP, featuring four rolling naughty originals ready to blast any kind of speaker. 

Class '98, the Ghent-based DJ and producer wastes no time by lockin' the listener into a tumultuous, rampant groove where some sinister sounds and spooky vocals lead the track into a rascal drop. 'Gentle Work' comes after, bringing more deep flavours with some housy chords and fast-skipping hats, whilst titled 'Havana' rotates a playful bassline and a percussive jungle feel. Finally, 'Spiced But Natural' combines tighter drums and edgy low-end slaps, adding a slippery acid line alongside twisted chants and synths.

JAEN - Gentle Work

"WAR" has become a beast of its own. From a DJ tool I made last year to plays from my favourite DJs all over the world. Excited for this to be finally coming out and the message requests to stop.

"Lost Time" is a key driven drum workout. I wrote this track around the piano sample with the aim of turning it into a peak time record for Summer. Hands in the air moments.

"Pulling Teeth" is a more introspective cut to end the record. Lots of synth layers and modulation. I made this on a Sunday evening fresh from the night before.
