THE WARRIORS STORY

6 months since my last mix on here and a lot has happened since then for sure. I've enjoyed every day with its ups and downs, slowly getting better at mixing which has been fun too. Focusing on this hobbie has brought me into a new stage of life and drive with playing music, that has taken me down the rabbit hole tenfold. I try to portray my style of mixing to the current moods we all go through over 6 months, so here my brain for 47 minutes.

STOMPING GROUNDS - RADIO 1

Cheers to a fella who was brought into my life through giggles and beats. We first met in the dance through my cousin Jack whos also a good friend of Cody (forever thankful of that moment). Now years down the line we have bounced back and forth through each others flavours and ideas, we have also played a live back to back together. Which was honestly a statement in my career! We held down a wicked crowd in that rave, an absolute memory!! This year we both were blessed with an opportunity to travel to a festival that i played at and the reaction from a man like Cody was exactly what i needed in my life, pure joy. I must say ill always be grateful for the friendship we have grown, cause hes taught and pushed me in the right directions hands down! This man has also pulled a huge cat out the bag and is releasing his first album this week and its GANGSTER!!!

Fresh of the semi finals win (that aged well) from the All Blacks myself and Alex proceeded to have a few beers and rip into some garage beats to send out the Sunday. We had a blast flipping some vinyl plates and all sorts of beats in the USB. Thank you again fella really appreciated this session and I’ll be back again
