A remix pack is nothing more than the universe experiencing its own dance music subjectively. With this in mind, we took Ecuadorian sound-seer Nicola Cruz’s latest audiovisions and refracted them through the minds of some of the world’s hottest young cultural interpreters. To provide you with the best possible approximation of what the results feel like, we then sent an intern to loiter outside a local Heart-Opening Ceremony to get people’s unfiltered reactions just moments after they awakened to their new place in the universal order. KnoRs is looking for answers in the field of music, natural sciences, technologies and media. Over the years he was active as an environmental microbiologist, as a drummer and/ or producer in different bands (RizzoKnoR, Tim and Puma Mimi, Fauves), he studied Biology, composition for film and media and worked as an expert in the field of interactive and digital media for the Swiss government.
KnoR did his comeback as a solo artist in June 2015. His two first EPs were supported by the critics and the audience. KnoR integrates his compositions into storytelling elements and transmedia performances. KnoR engages in creation to defend his ideal world against the recurrent waves of #idiocracy.
The mini concept album PLANET is completing KnoR‘s first trilogy. Anti-capitalism (KOBOI) and anti-nationalism (DON‘T GO) are followed by new compositions questioning the role and the meaning of political establishment (PLANET). A logical build on a disruptive agenda.

A collaboration of impressive beauty and beautiful impressions: Acid Pauli, Chris Schwarzwalder, Jo.Ke, Nu and Raz Ohara take us, you, me, Luise by the hand to paint a picture of shifting shapes and scenery. Two slow paced tracks, one per side, for that extra length and space it deserves.

Contrary to the songs name, this interpretation of a traditional Afro-Brasilian candomble song, appears to be forged from mythical lost amazonian gold. Recorded in Sao Paulo with an allstar cast of Arteria FM (on vocal duties), Salvador Araguaya (caressing the Viola Caipira) & Spaniol (stroking the Baixo), steered by Nicola's production prowess, this quartet delivers a melodic enhancement to the summer sun. As if the sun wasn't shining bright enough already, the single comes backed by a remarkable remixer ensemble procured from their duties as fellow sun-worshippers : Xique-Xique's Dragonfruit Mix is a wondrous journey full of surprising leaps and bounds, alternating between hypnotic electronics and organic song structure. Saving the best 'til last he raises the energy whilst keep the beats low and the vibes ecstatic. HIT ! Crussen's creamy cocodub raises the energy whilst concentrating on a dubbed out groove, (that) classic Crussen bassline and carefully sliced & re-appropriated vocals.
