We love funk. We love Acid Rock....
 
So we make Acid Funk! A free-range, non-gluten-free, whole funk incorporating the ethos of Jazz, the passion of the Blues and the breadth of American Rock and Roll. The African American influence that defines our culture’s music runs deep and as such irrigates our funk fields with a potent mix of musical nutrients. Improvisation, emotion, groove, and a little manure from our guitar player feed a never ceasing jungle-like growth of musical expression. You may smell it from a block away even though we double bag it, and that’s how you know it’s good funk, Acid Funk.

Formed in Alamosa, Colorado early in 2018, Ol' Scratch spent the last year rehearsing and writing new music in lieu of an intensive touring schedule. The time spent honing their skills and studying their craft has instilled them with an uncanny sense of the delivery of their art.  Now, with the momentum created by the last year, Ol' Scratch is on the move and headed straight up!  With systems designed specifically for delivery of the freshest funk around, we promise you'll notice it lingering.
