Swimmers said, prety please, no police!  Why?

The swimmers in the first story on TV said they had been robbed of U$800!

Checking out the bathroom a week after the incident does not prove anything.

All the swimmers did is not tell the truth.  They thought they would get away with lies.

Brazilian Rio thieves deserve the gold medal  When they rob they take everything, even clothe and shoes!

This happens all the time to foreigners, I have had three foreign friends have similar situations as lochte

None of this would have happened if Ryan Lochte wouldn't have argued with them and then lied about it - the other 3 swimmers caused no problem. Drunk is not an excuse - wait till you get home to drink. Stop talking like he's so innocent.

USA TODAY Sports Olympics reporter Nicole Auerbach is joined on the telephone by USAT sports editor David Meeks to dive into the ever-changing story of U.S. swimmer Ryan Lochte and his three Olympic teammates and their encounter with Brazilian security guards at a gas station in Rio de Janeiro.
David offers the latest findings in the investigation, which tilt the story toward the possibility that Brazilian police, like Lochte, might have embellished their story.
The pair also discuss how Lochte was dropped from sponsors, how the media, in general, covered this story all wrong, and how the Rio Games should not be remembered mostly for this non-Games-related altercation.
