The first of my full circle series on Pushkin's prefers radio.
The concept of this series is to start calm and slow while continuing to add energy to a peak, then to bring everything back down again Full circle.
I'm loving this concept as I get to play all types of music I have been listening to and really work on all parts of the musical journey.

I did this show on the anniversary of my moms passing, I had a plan prior, and threw it out the window on the day. Some songs didn't fit how I was feeling so I played what suited my mood at the time. 
Ended up being a long and very therapeutic session which I really enjoyed. Music is a true healer

Sultani selects Vol 3 on Pushkins prefers radio

Febuary’s music is actually a repeat mix of the closing set of my 30th birthday, something I had been preparing for a while and was really fun to play out. What an amazing day it was, love and thanks to all that came it was a blast.
A lot of songs here are from amazing sets we have been to over the years, many from Hunee and Antal. So it was a very nostalgic and summarising set for me.
It starts off very heavy because the Djs before me were playing techno, so it's a great mix for doing some exercise, after that if breaks into some disco, then some house ending with some zouk, latin and african music. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did !

Sultani selects v4 (30th birthday special) on Pushkins preferes radio

A melodic soulful mix, a mix best listened to after a great adventure or journey,
it has plenty of highs and lows crossing house techno and disco genres.
This mix uses soulful music to leave the listener feeling uplifted, accomplished
but also sad when a great feeling has been had but it must come to an end.
With the final song helping us finish on a musical high.
