For this release we wanted to pick up where we left off and take a leap forward as a band. After two single releases on different labels, trying to stay relevant in a difficult period for live music, we are excited to be able to present a coherent ensemble of 4 tracks on Underyourskin Records! Omar Dahl is a Belgian electronic live band that crafted a unique blend of East and West. The band combines electronic grooves with guitars and traditional instruments like violin, saxophone, and ney. Drawing influences from artists such as Kerala Dust and Altin Gün, Omar Dahl’s music fuses organic house with Eastern melodies, creating a sound equally at home in hazy clubs or sunlit festivals. 
Their global travels, from Saudi Arabia to Mexico, have enriched this fusion, blending sultry rhythms with driving beats.

Omar Dahl is Chiel Peersman (synths, guitar), Adedoyin Smith (sax, soprano, ney), Tuur Van Dosselaer (violin) and Gregory Goethals (guitar)
