Omen Faculty formed in October 2000 by Jonathan Alexander and Derrick M. Martinez through mutual interest in various styles of industrial music. Since the band’s inception, the music transitioned from creating parodies which was met with backlash from fellow musical peers to original material fused with various musical sub genres of metal and rock which was well-received by listeners worldwide. The band also went through various members until 2010 when Jonathan decided to turn it into a one-man project and ever since he’s been solely writing and producing the music under the name.
