Je suis faite d'une étoffe tissée bien trop vite
La nuit je tente de défaire le tissu maudit
Que nul ne puisse plus s'insinuer ainsi
Et plus je resserre les mailles 
moins la pluie me saisit

Ultra processed food it tastes so great
Every bite you take you’re tempting fate
Open up some Cheetos, it’s hard to have one
Before you know it the whole bag is done

They that we should eat five servings of fruit and vegetables every day
But it’s so much work to chop and peel so you found a better way
You have a busy job and there’s so many things that you gotta do
It’s so much easier to open a bag of chips and immediately start to chew

You know it’s bad you know it’s wrong
you crunch and munch all day long
Everywhere you go you hear the siren song
You try to resist and be real strong

Ultra processed food, it tastes so great
Every bite you take you’re tempting fate
Open up some Cheetos it’s hard to have one
Before you know it the whole bag is done

Fruit loops for breakfast, donuts for lunch. 
You wash it all down with some high fructose punch
Fast food for dinner, you go to the drive thru
Supersize your drink and your French Fries too.

Food that’s concocted to cause an addiction
Created in a lab it sounds like science fiction
Cutting back on potato chips, Cheetos and French fries
Sounds like a decision that’s very wise
