Westbam remains one of Germany's most successful and popular DJs and avantgardists of the Raving Society. A DJ culture pioneer, media personality, writer, author of international club anthems, nr.1 hits and dancefloor classics („Celebration Generation“, "Sonic Empire", "Beatbox Rocker") - to put it shortly: a living legend!

He was the first DJ in Germany who, in 1983, started really mixing records, setting standards for the DJ techniques we know today. Having played in every great club and festival as well as the world's biggest events such as the Olympics (in Seoul in 1988), Westbam also took part in every single Love Parade edition from the very beginning.
