Lost and Found

Killer Knight

This was originally meant to be part of another song called 'Next Life'. However, I could never really get it to fit. I was listening to a lot of 'Math Rock' at the time and so started experimenting with different time signatures. It starts in 4/4 moves to  5/4, then 4/4, to 3/4 quickly, then shifts to 5/4 moving to 7/8 and returns back to 4/4 to end. (Yeah I know too much information...sorry) I didn't want it sounding too disjointed so it took several months to complete and join the different sections smoothly. Hope you enjoy it. Aperiodic

The Second Track Of "Epic Of Gilgamesh" Album is about the fight between Enkidu & Gilgamesh. First part (Intro): the tympanistes play drums and let people in the Uruk to know there is a fight and the people come around the arena. Second part: Enkidu and Gilgamesh look each other in the eyes and get themselves ready for battle. Third Part: the battle begins. Final Part (Outro) Gilgamesh Defeats Enkidu and Gilgamesh's mother comes and take the Enkidu's Hand and Says: you are my son and you were born today, Gilgamesh is your Brother.

so I looked up and I couldn’t recognize her in the endless sky...
Now I can’t find her no more, I don’t know what she is.
Without my star now I'm away…I feel empty.
Often I look up at the sky… hoping to see her again.
But now I realize that she wasn’t the star meant to enlighten me.
And one night it will come another… even brighter.
Finally I’ll be able to reach my star, 
to give her enough energy so her light shines stronger, 
for her... and for me.”

Well…welcome! I am so glad you stopped by to sample some of my music. I hope you enjoyed it, as much as I enjoyed making it. There isn’t really a link between my songs, but I like to keep it that way. My main goal is variation, make my songs explode with energy and rhythm, and have each of my tracks stand on their own. I sometimes feel like a kid in a paint factory, there is no way I’m sticking to one color! I love music, ALL music, from hip-hop, funk, jazz, electronic, pop to chillout, acoustic guitar, classical…I could go on. My heroes are Ilayaraja (who is awesome by the way, you really should check him out), AR Rahman, Mozart,Beethoven,Bach,Brahms,Hans Zimmer, James Horner, Thomas Newman and all those brilliant musicians. All my compositions are created using the MAGIX MUSIC MAKER PRO,FL STUDIO and BTV SOLO. Thanks a bunch to all those people who gave me such fantastic comments, it keeps me going, and especially to DJ Detonator for this cool intro! Well, what else can I say…keep listening! 

Peter is a self taught composer, originally from India. He began experimenting with music 6 years ago,creating and mixing beats and sounds and layering his music to create complex yet intriguing styles. His love for carnatic music influences his music style, as is seen with the use of traditional instruments. His love of variation is seen with his ability to perfectly balance the old and the new styles of music, to create his own unique blend of music flavor.
