Eschaton: The 2024 Omni Sessions - Volume 3

The unique talent of Starski is back on Omni Music with 4 more deep original compositions. The opener Futurama sets the scene perfectly with drifting pads, wistful melodies and thundering beats. The title track follows with more serene floating pads complete with chopped oldskool breaks and speaker thrashing bass stabs. Fear Factor takes all of Starski's trademarks sounds and production techniques and whisks them in a blender rammed full of amen breaks, heavenly sounds and pulsating bass. The EP ends on the delightfully relaxed rhythms of Fuquitted, where breakbeats and melodies sway in unison to create a soothing end to this new EP of deep beats.

Having swiftly descended from themes of the future and outer space he this time delves deep into Inner Space, with twisty psychedelic Drum Funk and Atmospheric breaks. The opening track 'The Ineffable' starts the LP with thunderous half-time beats before kicking off into an otherworldly journey. Spiritual, Psychedelic and Dream States continue as the theme, as choppy atmospheric drumfunk spar with more Tech-led beats as the LP takes the listener to the very depths of ultra-conscious states eventually ending on the catchy melodics and sublime pads of 'Dharmakaya'.

CODELP001 Look To The Future Volume One (OUT 15/03/24)

The mindbogglingly diverse jungle breakster K3Bee is back on Omni with more explosions of sound. The opener hots hard with its crunchy drumfunk rhythms and room-thumping bass before Oddball takes the sounds of Jungle and twists them into a feverish onslaught of breaks that defy convention and haunting pads. Sugarstar quietens proceedings down with it's twinkling melodies, light pads and flowing drums. Midnite keeps the lighter vibes with a sprinkling of summery pads and bouncing breakbeats before the title track flips the narrative to a world of discordant timbres, each squaring off in a thunderous battle of frequencies. As always, expect more varied Jungle/DnB stories from K3Bee very soon.
