With the sad new that Daft Punk have hung up their robot helmets I felt compelled to mark the occasion. Daft Punk have been a HUGE influence on my life and musical journey. Their approach to music and how they told their story has been nothing short of inspired and I've always watched on in awe. Seeing them live at Bercy, Paris for the recording of their Alive Tour in 2007 is still the most amazing musical experience of my life, and for that I will always be grateful. Also, I cannot do something like this without mentioning the man whose music is the main reason I even started producing in the first place. House/UK Garage legend, and my "brother from another mother", Todd Edwards. His music has always spoken to my very soul and this release is also hugely inspired by, and dedicated to him too. The Main Mix is in honour of both Daft Punk and Todd Edwards' and their continued influence on my music. Then there is the London Dub, my "Thank You" to Todd. The Paris Edit is my nod to Daft Punk and in particular, Thomas Bangalter, whose Roule years remain a big influence on my music to this day. As the title of my track says, to both Daft Punk and Todd Edwards, "Thank You For The Music".

Here is the first of many of my remixes i shall be uploading for free in celebration of my forthcoming albums Vol.01 and Vol.02

My remix for Jean was one of my favourite remixes to work on. The vocal (performed by my friend and ex Bad Boys Inc lead singer, Matthew James Pateman) was so different to anything i had worked on before, i just had  to do this remix. The result is a fun mix of crazy vocals, UKG rhythm and electro synths. Enjoy!

Ok here is my remix of Jammin D "Stand By You" which is a personal favourite. i produced this at the same time as my remixes of "All For You" for Karl Brown. It was fun bringing in those 80's influenced synths with samples from Enya (amongst many others). It has a sort of Prince meets Todd Edwards vibe, with a good sprinkling of French House that i felt complimented Collette's vocals perfectly. Enjoy!!!

My vocal remix of Chuwy Beats "Angel". I loved remixing this track as MC 2 Ton's vocal was very unique with an almost Rock-like quality to it. I spent a lot of time building layers of samples around his vocal to the point where it all just flowed seamlessly. Enjoy!

I've been producing music for the past 20 years under the alias One Dark Martian (or ODM). I've had support from some of the biggest names on the UKG scene including DJ EZ, TUFF JAM, MJ COLE and legendary Grammy winning producer (and DAFT PUNK collaborator), TODD EDWARDS. I've produced music for TV commercials in the USA for large companies such as Toshiba and Cadillac. I've had many releases and I have produced many remixes for various artists. My "sound" is rooted in the retro and old school but with a modern twist.
