JASON-X-TURN "The future is now" says the Seaview Gardens-born Dj, "and the past already got passed". Jason-X-Turn was born Jason Anderson in December in Seaview Gardens which is home to some of Jamaica's finest entertainers. With Shabba Ranks living two houses down, Elephant man as his neighbor and Bounty killer just up the block, Jason was heavily influenced by dancehall music. Clashing with his peers while hanging out at 'Crack Sculls' studio gave him the drive to pursue music professionally. Joining up with fellow talented seaview upstarts Blackman, Excalade and Problem, they formed "Detonator crew", but due to moving to the U.S. he had to became a solo artist, thus Jason-x (X-turn) was born. Respected an endorsed by a flock of upcoming artiste as top notch gave him more drive to accomplish his goal. Being lyrically seasoned with his baritone voice, X-Turn has gained respect and praises from almost everyone he has come across, known for uplifting the vibes and crushing his adversaries lyrically there is no stopping the man they call 'Kyza'. Working with HITSQUADD Production's GranSlam, Yaadman Records, Jason-X-Turn has polished an already impressive arsenal of song-writing.
