Humans are the only species who preserve a lasting relationship from parents to children and vice versa after the offspring has reached adolescence. This can be curse and blessing at the same time in some cases, but overall it is a gift in my view. We will stay the children of our parents for a lifetime obviously. Once you have realized this and don't consider it a threat anymore you are given the chance to close the circle in a peace- and beautiful way.

These people do not realize how easy what they do
is and I just wish that I could explain it to you
but if my cover's blown then chances are that I am through
even though the words I speak are absolutely fucking true.

Don't get me wrong, I love my job and want permanency.
It should be based on performance and not just seniority.
For these lazy, bitchy sacks of shit, and upper level greed
will sink us in the end and kill this once great company.
