On Saturday 6th September, two friends and studio partners will host Room Three all night. Under the One Records banner label owner Adam Shelton and Alex Arnout will be in charge of the decks for six hours straight. Arnout has of course released on the label and as well as helming his own imperative Dogmatik imprint is also the studio engineer for Shelton. When it comes to the pair's DJ capabilities we've experienced first-hand their ability to build a vibe but just in case you needed a reminder of the svelte selections they're capable of, the pair have put together a B2B promo mix to give us a feel for what we can expect from the extended session ahead of us…

Introducing the third release from Valencia-rooted label Aloque. After two fully sold-out outings, the story continues with Eggheads — the duo of @v_s_a_n & @picassodj — who deliver a refined sonic statement with their EP Overeasy.

Victor and Sam first crossed paths just over two years ago. A year later, a spontaneous joke about eggs during a paella in Valencia turned into a name — Eggheads — and later became the title of their first EP together.

Opening the record is "Hands Up, Johnson!", an electro-tech track with energetic rhythms, evolving atmospheres and intricate textures. "Morning Glory" follows, with ethereal vocals, lingering whispers, and a warm rolling bassline.

On the flip side, "Hatma Dub" immerses you in dubby atmospheres and soulful reggae vocals, while "Bubble & Squeek" closes the EP with elegant congas, lush pads, and playful melodic motifs that perfectly complement the organic energy of the record.

'Overeasy' continues to shape Aloque’s musical identity, taking the label beyond Valencia. Victor and Sam capture the playful spirit of their gatherings in every track, making this release a vibrant addition to any vinyl collection.

On the A-side Okay Okay sees LVCA team up with US house visionary Seven Davis Jr. — a bass-driven, slightly off-kilter groove laced with Seven’s unmistakable lyrical prowess.
Deep yet playful, it’s a stripped-down cut that lingers long after it ends.

The B-side features a solo track by LVCA — available only on this record — offering a more introspective counterpart. Together, the two tracks mark a subtle but certain return to house-leaning territory for the Italian producer, filtered through his analog- heavy, emotionally charged lens.
