When i first collected these random field sounds i wanted to just make a peaceful collage but as i explored techniques such as reversing the sound, using paulstretch or adding the wahwah or phaser effect the sounds became more supernatural sounding to me. I used my skateboard, drum kit, a couple pitbulls and some local house items that create sharp pitch's such as keys and bottles.  

Field Project (Nicholas Parten)

I just took some basic sample sounds from my drum kit and used audacity to add some nice simple effects.  I did not particularly like the way it sounded using garage band's preloaded sounds so i stuck with the originals.  I used my drum kit and vocals to accomplish the sounds and adjusted the eg and pitch and added a little echo just to create a warm up session sound at a band practice, enjoy.
