Bringing together as a record label, event concept, community of like minded-heads and standing as the inaugural 1st release of the Time After Time label is 'Gracias Papá' a monumental yet special track dedicated to its own!

Sri Lankan duo ECHO DAFT and JAYY VIBES, after fantastic releases signed to Manual music which was released last October and making their debut release on Time after Time as the label founders. ECHO DAFT and JAYY VIBES has been occasional DJ booth partners in recent years and now the connection between the two has been evolved to making music. The name Gracias Papà is a resemblance of ECHO DAFT's Thank you Grandpa which was released on Plattenbank music and this time they wanted to dedicate this track to their beloved fathers and all the fathers around the world. Taking inspiration from their last release, the two bends their emotions and wrote something that lands between hypnotic and groovy. Precisely manicured percussions, layer of colorful arps and hip-swing bassline never let go of its rhythm and smoothly pushing to an uplifting state.

The release concludes with KYOTTO making his debut to the label with an outstanding interpretation. Hailing from Sri Lanka KYOTTO and Echo Daft have been frequent partners of late. Smooth chord changes and soulful atmosphere seals the heart tendering remix.

Rounding out the year on a high note, SLC-6 Music welcomes Dany Dz back to the label. Since first appearing on the progressive house scene in 2019, the Argentinean artist has notched standout releases via 3rd Avenue, Droid9 and Strangers Beats. SLC-6 Music has also been a landing spot for Dany, recording three remixes and an original since making his label debut in 2020. Now on the strength of a remix for K Loveski's 'Renzzo,' Dany returns to SLC-6 Music with 'Variance', alongside remixes from Echo Daft and Juani Ottati. Beginning with 'Recovery,' Dany aims squarely at the dance floor with warm rolling beats, hopeful pads and nostalgic melodies creating that perfect balance of groove and musicality. Meanwhile, title selection 'Variance' is equally impressive with its mysterious monochromes eventually opening up into muscular grooves, granular textures and chirping acid lines. Returning to the label for the lone interpretation of 'Recovery' is Sri Lankan artist and Time After Time label boss Echo Daft. The Colombo resident opens up the groove for a deeper, more spacious affair, while aquatic electronics and a whimsical breakdown make for a hugely satisfying eight-minute rendition. The release concludes with Juani Ottati making his label debut with the lone interpretation of 'Variance'. The Argentinean artist takes inspiration from the original in crafting a nostalgic rendition, one which relies on emotive chord changes, bubbly arps and timely vocal fragments to capture your imagination.

Welcoming Sri Lankan producers K3V (SL) & Jayy Vibes to the onedotsixtwo roster with their latest collaboration titled 'Kingdom of Dreams'. This ones had the full remix treatment and includes amazing versions from Subandrio, NOIYSE Project, Juan Ibañez, ECHO DAFT & Teklik. 
Early support from Nick Warren & Hernan Cattaneo with Juan's interpretation featuring on their memorable closing set at Loveland 2022 in Amsterdam back in August. Other early support from Ezequiel Arias, Kasey Taylor, Tripswitch and Steve Marx.
