Space Cowboy is a concept album inspired thematically by anime such as Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, and Outlaw Star which capture the spirit of the Wild West in space. It is also inspired by classic Western movies where the "hero" is only a hero because he's 
more likeable than the villain. Musically, the album is inspired by MF DOOM (especially the song Rhinestone Cowboy off of the Madvillain album Madvillainy), Deltron 3030, with a slight hint of Spaghetti Western score vibes. The album is a narrative intended to be listened to front to back.
