Pulling together some of the freshest sounds from across the underground spectrum, the LP kicks off with a slice of unashamedly moody tech-house from impressive young talent Albzzy, who at just 18 is already making considerable waves on the scene. You’ve also got monster toplines from the likes of Skepna and Duo, ground-shaking bass from producing talent Hypho, plus gems from Jake Twell, TufKut and Craig Chambers to name just a few.

After his smash début on OneFold Records last month, Backroom, Leeds talent Tom Jagger's back, and this time turning his attentions to the fresh new sounds of OneFold Digital. This two track follow up is everything you could want from a mid-summer release and more, with dance-ready melodies, funk laden beats and explosive energy. 

Title track Feel It shuffles into life with an effortlessly infectious beat, the sun drenched alternative to the dark and moody breakdowns we're so accustomed to. Bouncing melodies and a powerhouse vocal top line polish it off, making this an essential sound for summer and beyond.

Second track on the EP, Swindle This, is a more adventurous exploration into high energy house, a melting pot of boisterous melodies, synth hooks and vocal loops, tying together another unmissable release from Tom Jagger.

Onefold Digital may still be in its infancy, but the label's latest release, Reflection, proves that age is just a number when it comes to serving up incredible sounds. 

The original mix from Tollerance Beatz, featuring Kadey James, is pure house at its finest. All about stripped down, back-to-basics beats, its undeniably infectious top-line, 'I need reflection', pulses through and ensures any crowd will be hooked from the off.

On the flip side, two remixes from London producer Ghostee and our very own TufKut. First up, Ghostee, whose layers of percussion and frantic builds give us a complex, underground sound. While TufKut toughens up the mellow original with a gritty bassline and mechanical, whirring synths - two re-works we can certainly hear lighting up crowds across the summer.

Next up on the OneFold Digital radar is fresh young talent Beave, who's teamed up with aspiring vocalist Bethany Lamb for this outstanding demonstration of how vocal house should be done - Lost In You.

Beave's original mix keeps things simple, building a dance floor ready sound with a steady beat and energetic, pulsating melody. Lamb's ethereal vocals steadily fade in, until her sugary tone is holding its own and leading the track to unmistakable chart-worthy territory.

Producing triple-threat Sweet LA are on the remix, wasting no time with a thumping beat and adrenaline fuelled build to start things off. They cut and slice Beave’s original, interspersing splintered vocals with amped up melodies, creating a rougher sound that could hold its own among the very best peak time cuts around.

An impressive collaboration from two fledging talents, and an impressive return to the OneFold circle for Sweet LA.

This next gem from OneFold Digital comes from Dutch producing heads Buurman and Buurman. Since joining forces in 2012, the duo have succeeded in producing a wealth of deep, underground sounds brimming with energy - and this latest venture is no exception.

A three track production, the EP kicks off with title track ‘Nightwalk’, a dark, tech-focused cut with mechanical percussion and an ominous, growling vocal centre. ‘Not Just Anybody’ follows, a slightly softer - though just as captivatingly unnerving - sound, crafted with layers of jittering percussion, muffled vocals and ethereal melodies. Rounding off the EP, the pair give us ‘Work’, an energetic, groove-laden track, with bursts of commanding vocal primed and ready to get you heading for the dancefloor in no time.

Three equally complex, but unmistakably individual tech house cuts, Buurman and Buurman are a shining example of why the Netherlands Needs to be on your radar.

Onefold Digital favourites Engelhart are back in the driving seat for this next release, Back In Time. The unbelievably talented pair have once again hit it out the park with this hard-hitting, two-track EP, ready and set to do damage to any dance floor.

Title track 'Back In Time' kicks in first with a heady mix of lively beats, quickly laying the groundwork for a sure-fire peak-time anthem. As the track unfolds, a twisted melody bounces around the full-bodied bass, while the Dutch duo tease with pulses of soulful vocal. 

Second track, 'Identity', takes us south with a deeper sound. A course, heavy beat is adorned with low, mechanical percussion and piecing synths, creating an after-hours sound big enough to satisfy any tech-house appetite.

Next up on Onefold Digital we bring you a sparkling gem of an EP from the Emerald Isle, 'Lost In Translation', from Dublin producing talent Andrew Betley. This two track offering combines gorgeous vocal house sounds with infinitely danceable production, making for a perfect mid-summer release. 

Title track 'Lost In Translation' whisks you away with soaring synth lines and fluttering percussion notes, underlaid with a steady but infectious beat. Swathes of silky smooth vocals top off Betley's beautiful composition, effortlessly walking the line between chilled house and dance floor anthem.

With second track, 'If You Don't Feel Right', Betley serves up a hotter, after-dark sound. Ramping up the bass, the warm, syrupy melody gives way to a captivating, bluesy vocal. Two stand-out examples of how vocal house should be done.

Ahead of ADE, kicking off 19th October, OneFold Digital have put together their 2016 sampler, a twelve track journey through some of the best electronic music in the field - featuring an impressive line up from their ever-growing pool of talent.

McGrego is first up bringing the festival vibes with energized beats and hyper vocals in ‘Out There’, a crowd-rousing anthem with an infectious beat. Sinking into tougher, underground territory the LP follows with the unashamedly gritty sounds of Ryuken’s ‘Crazy Hoe’, with Pentia’s ‘Scrts’ and Ben Read’s ‘Feeling Good’ following later in similar vain.

Justin Long’s ‘Somethings Got Me’ pairs a relaxed, danceable melody with a heartfelt vocal from Ella Sopp, while Bobby Harvey uses the distorted, growling vocal lines on ‘Tribal Connection’ to help build an earthy, peak-time sound.

Other artists making the cut include Pablo Riva, Josh Coakley, Jimmy Lemper, Gemfire and Dirty Mango. And bringing this formidable sampler to a close, OneFold serves up Blu Leapord’s ‘The Intro (R Bass)’, a heavy impact dance floor smash with spine-tingling synths and stratospheric drops.

Martin Hellfritzsch is the next rising talent at the OneFold DGTL helm, bringing his minimal, underground sounds to the label with new track, 'Ghetto Talk' - an effortlessly danceable cut with a tough edge. Entered around a gritty broken beat, the track features melodic, murky deep vocals, piercing synths and drops of full-bodied, groaning bass.

Re-worked by Daylight Robbery Records bosses Jojo Angel and Matteo Rosolare, the track's remix is an energised, bulkier sound. Pulling the powerhouse female vocal line centre stage, the pair give us the main-room, peak time makeover of Hellfritzsch's after hours, underground original.

Next up on OneFold DGTL we bring you big things from Alex Lister aka A Lister. After smashing his remix of 'One Of A Kind' for OneFold Records back in 2015, the Leeds based talent is back, this time to take the reigns at our underground imprint. 'Future' is an absolute monster of an EP, with Lister's stand out original mix smashing all expectations and paving the way for two mammoth re-works from some of the hottest talent in the industry. 

Testament to his faultless production, Lister's original weaves finely tuned drum grooves through a chunky, rolling bass line, creating a solid, no-fuss dance floor staple. We then look to house heavyweight Jey Kurmis who's first up on the remixes, serving up a futuristic take on the track with assertive, high pitched additions and emphasised vocals. Mancunian Abode resident Jimmy Switch rounds things off, adding a new dimension with fast paced, melodic synths, ensuring this EP has all the ingredients to be one of the stand out releases this year.

Showcasing the diverse and innovative sound on OneFold DGTL, producing talent Matt Mclarrie delivers up this next release, his inspiringly unique four-track EP, Indigenous Prophecy.
 
Striding in quietly confident with a simple beat, the first of Mclarrie's original mixes, Mayantopia, paints a colourful sound with multilingual tales of Mayan prophesies, weaving through distant, whistling percussion. 

A fast paced, rattling beat is the driving force in the Glaswegian's second cut, Saksofoon. A faint, intermittent chant picks it's way through the intricate drum grooves, before the anticipated sax blasts in, completing this lively, jazz-infused track.

Equipped with two epic originals, Brighton talent Wax Worx and OneFold's own ALBT round off the EP, working their magic on the remixes. Chunky beats and solid grooves ensure this drop is ready and set for main room territory.

First up the duo flex their impressive skills on the releases' title track, starting with a heavy broken beat, and building into a monstrous peak that opens the track up into a high energy sound ready for the maddest of crowds. Second track, 'Walk Like A Duck' continues to impress, an eclectic, ever-evolving cut in which low, creaking beats meet high, spinning synths and nonsensical lyrical melodies. With dance music's hottest Dutch date just around the corner, it's time to get excited with the hotly anticipated OneFold DGTL ADE 17' LP. This year, the label's annual homage to some of it's hottest new releases kicks off with a confident cut from Ryan Shepherd, 'Hip-Hop-Loco'. Not one for playing it safe, this spunky sound keeps interests hooked with its eclectic palette of percussion and samples. Setting the scene for what's to come, Shepherd's pounding undercurrent sets the trend for big bass hitters from the likes of Joaquin Koen with his heavy funk 'Classic Style' and Fraser Whelan & Jacque Saraventé, who smash it out the park with their thrusting, upbeat 'Pump Out The House'.

Jaksan hits DGTL with this 3 track EP, all 3 tracks telling a different story. Power is is a hard hitting bass roller with punchy drum. Some nicely used vocal helps move this along, however the electronic sound overall makes this track sound out.

Title track Trabajo is a well oiled production. Keeping the drums to a minimum, yet effective style pushes this along nicely. Hypnotic Baselines and synths add to this all round groover.

Last up is the track entitled Dice. Percussive beats, hard hitting drums and a straight to the point bassline. Adding some nice subtle effects and vox leads the breakdown which doesn't disappoint. Overall 3 tracks of the highest quality sure to please every dance floor.

The next release on OneFold DGTL comes courtesy of up and coming house duo, KILMER. The progressively charming 'Phat Nanny' serves as a worthy debut on our imprint and showcases his innate ability to weave charismatic dancefloor heaters with relative ease.

Opening the two-track package is the title track, 'Phat Nanny'. A refreshing bed of clean-cut 4/4 rhythm and layers of crisp percussion allow the rising melodics to delicately bubble up throughout the track. An atmospheric track with an unbelievably wide soundstage and seamless tonal progressions that melt in and out of each other. An undeniably unique mixture of House, Tech House and even hints of Melodic Techno in places; built for the peak hours of the party.

Making up the second half of the package, 'Rhinohead' cuts a groovier line but keeps the robust energy to an impressively high level. Minimalist in its approach with tonal toms and intricate percussive factors, the track is driven by a roaring sub-bass underbelly that screams terrace bomb from the outset. Rolling Tech House with a Big Room feel hints of Acid, Rave and so much more. Yet another unparalleled piece of music from KILMER to complete a pleasantly varied release.
