This is my 54th Album ‘Mother’s Love…Vol.5’ which is the music is of an era long forgotten, I have also included some modern renditions and covers the period from 1904 to 2025. 

To every mother who held us close when we trembled, who found strength in our laughter and hope in our tears…this album is yours and a tribute to your boundless compassion, quiet courage, and the countless ways you light our lives. 

‘Mood Medley’ is a medley of 7 German, and 2 English songs complied by musician ‘3 Z’widen’ and recorded and mixed by O’Neill Fernandes for his Album ‘Mother’s Love Vol.5’ (July 2025)

‘Sweet Kisses’ is a song by Jean Drooghaag, released on May 30, 2014, and is featured on her album "Caramia".

‘Buona Sera’ is a song written by Carl Sigman and Peter de Rose and best known for being performed by Louis Prima in 1956. 

‘Calcutta’ is a German pop song. An instrumental version by American bandleader and TV host Lawrence Welk on the 1961 Dot Records album ‘Calcutta’ was a Number One song in the United States.

‘Weekend and Sunshine’ (Wochenend und Sonnenschein) is a song composed by Milton Ager and Charles Amberg, famously performed by James Last & His Orchestra in 1974.

‘Blue Moon Dancing’" is a song by the Dutch musical duo Tol & Tol, released in 1999 on their Album ‘IV’.

‘1000 Dreams’ is a guitar instrumental piece composed and performed by German guitarist Ricky King on his Album ‘Zeitlos’ in 2014

‘Moonlight and Roses’ is a song performed by Billy Vaughn and His Orchestra from his Album ‘The Very Best of Billy Vaughn’ (1982).

‘Fascination’ is a popular waltz song with music (1904) by Fermo Dante Marchetti and lyrics (1905) by Maurice de Féraudy. 

‘I Could Have Danced All Night’ is a song from the musical My Fair Lady, with music written by Frederick Loewe and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner, published in 1956. 

‘Cheek to Cheek’ is a song written by Irving Berlin in 1934–35, specifically for Fred Astaire, the star of his new musical, Top Hat. 

‘That Old Black Magic’ is a 1942 popular song written by Harold Arlen (music), with the lyrics by Johnny Mercer.  Glenn Miller reached number one on Billboard with his recording on Victor Records in 1943 featuring Skip Nelson on vocals.

‘Mélodie d'amour’ is a 1989 song recorded by French Brazilian band Kaoma. Written by Loalwa Braz and Jean-Claude Bonaventure, it was released in March 1990 as the third single from their 1989 album ‘Worldbeat’.

‘Berlin Melody’ is a song by Billy Vaughn and His Orchestra from the Album of the same name and was released in 1961.

‘Sweet Memories’ (Memory Melody) is a song by Peter Tex from his Album ‘Saxophonträume’ (1992).

‘The Singing Hills’ is a song recorded by Billy Vaughn and his Orchestra and released as a single in 1958. The song charted at No. 56 on the Billboard Hot 100. 

‘My Bonnie Lies over the Ocean’ is a traditional Scottish folk song that is popular in Western culture. The song has been recorded by numerous artists since the beginning of the 20th century. 
‘Are You An Angel To Me’ (Bist du ein Engel für mich) is a song by Dutch artist René Le Blanc and was released on the Album of the same name in 2025.

‘A Thousand Times’ is a song by the Band ‘Picture This’ from their Album ‘Let The Light In’ and was released in 2025.

‘Good Times Music’ is a song by the Band ‘The Lords’ from their Album ‘Ulleogamaxbe’ and was released in 1969.

‘Schützenliesel-Polka’ is a song by James Last from his Album Polka Party and was released in 1971.

‘Come What May’ is a song by Lani Hall and Herb Alpert and was released as a single in 1980.

‘The Lonely Shepherd’ also known as ‘Einsamer Hirte or Der einsame Hirte’ in German or as El pastor solitario in Spanish, is an instrumental piece by James Last.

This album is Classic Rock…Vol.9 which is my 57th Album and continues with more classic rock hits across the generations and contains hits from 1968 to 2008.

‘3AM’ is the third single and the third track from American rock band Matchbox 20's debut album, Yourself or Someone Like You (1996).

‘25 or 6 to 4’ is a song written by American musician Robert Lamm, one of the founding members of the band Chicago. It was recorded in August 1969 for their second album, ‘Chicago’.

‘Whiskey in the Jar’ is an Irish traditional song set in the southern mountains of Ireland. In the U.S., the song was popularised by the Highwaymen, who recorded it on their 1962 album ‘Encore’. Irish rock band ‘Thin Lizzy’ hit the Irish and British pop charts with the song in 1973. 

‘The Road to Hell’ is a song by British singer-songwriter Chris Rea, the tenth studio album of the same name, released in 1989.

‘Endless Summer Nights’ is a song performed by American rock singer Richard Marx, released in January 1988 as the third single from his debut album titled ‘Richard Marx’.

‘The Whole of the Moon’ is a song by Scottish band the Waterboys, released as a single from their album ‘This Is the Sea’ in October 1985.

‘Band on the Run’ is a song by the British American rock band Paul McCartney and Wings, the title track to their 1973 album ‘Band on the Run’.

‘Mercy’ is a song performed by the Welsh singer Duffy, released as the second single from her debut studio album, ‘Rockferry’ (2008). 

‘Turn to Stone’ is a 1977 song by Electric Light Orchestra (ELO). The song is the opening track to the double album Out of the Blue and released in early 1978.

‘A Little Bit Me A Little Bit You’ is a song written by Neil Diamond, recorded by ‘The Monkees’, and released as a single on March 8, 1967.

‘Bring Me Some Water’ is a song by American singer Melissa Etheridge. It was released in 1988 as her debut single from the Album titled ‘Melissa Etheridge’.

‘Copperhead Road’ is a song written and recorded by American singer-songwriter Steve Earle. It was released in 1988 as the first single and title track from his third studio album of the same name.
 
‘I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For’ is a song by Irish rock band U2. It is the second track from their 1987 album The Joshua Tree and was released as the album's second single in May 1987.

‘Hotel California’ is a song by American rock band the Eagles, released as the second single of their album of the same name on February 22, 1977.

I really enjoyed doing these cover songs for this classic rock album, which I feel is one of best rock album that I have recorded and produced to-date.

I always wanted to capture on a single Album the famous rock ballads that really connected with me during my early years as a music lover. So I present to you my 58th Studio Album ‘Love Bites’ which consists of 	specially selected rock ballads from the years 1974 to 1998. This is also a special extended edition of 20 songs that plays for 1 hour and 38 minutes. So I hope you get the same joy listening to these songs as I had playing, recording and producing them for you…				

‘Love Bites’ is a song by English glam metal band Def Leppard from their album ‘Hysteria’ and was released on the July 4th ,1988. 

‘Always’ is a song by American rock band Bon Jovi. It was released in September 1994 as a single from the band's first official greatest hits album, ‘Cross Road’.

‘I Don't Want to Miss a Thing’ is a song by American hard rock band Aerosmith that served as the theme song for the 1998 science fiction disaster film Armageddon. It was released on July 29, 1998.

‘You Give Love a Bad Name’ is a song by American rock band Bon Jovi, released as the first single from their 1986 album ‘Slippery When Wet’. 

‘This Ain't a Love Song’ is the lead single from American rock band Bon Jovi's sixth studio album, ‘These Days’ (1995). 

‘Alone’ is a song composed by Billy Steinberg and Tom Kelly. It was also recorded by American rock band ‘Heart’ who covered it on their 1987 album ‘Bad Animals’.

‘Whatever Gets You Thru The Night’ is a song written by John Lennon, released as a single on 23rd Sept 1974.
‘Don't Stop’ is a song by the British American rock band Fleetwood Mac, written by Christine McVie. The song was sung by Lindsey Buckingham and McVie and was released as a single from the band's album Rumours (1977).

‘I'll Be There for You’ is a song by American rock band Bon Jovi, released as the third single from their Feb 1988 album, ‘New Jersey’. 

‘Only Women Bleed’ is a song by American rock singer Alice Cooper, released on his debut solo studio album ‘Welcome to My Nightmare’ (1975)

‘Bed of Roses’ is a song by American rock band Bon Jovi from their fifth studio album, ‘Keep the Faith’ (1992).

‘Lying Eyes’ is a song written by Don Henley and Glenn Frey and recorded in 1975 by the American rock band Eagles. It was the second single from their album ‘One of These Nights’.

‘Hard to Say I'm Sorry’ is a rock ballad by American rock band Chicago. It was released on May 17, 1982, as the lead single from the album ‘Chicago 16’. 

‘November Rain’ is a song by American hard rock band Guns N' Roses. The power ballad was released in February 1992 as the third single from the band's third studio album, ‘Use Your Illusion I’ (1991).

This is my 59th Album and my first solo Album, in which all the lyrics of the songs are composed by me, as well as the song layout and composition. I have used Ai to convert the lyrics to vocal by a singer (my style). It has allowed me for the first time to express my feelings through a voice. I hope you embrace this new version of my music.

So, this Album is ‘An Aussie Xmas…Vol.2’ and is focused on Christmas in Australia. This is a love letter to Australia, with red dust on your boots, a beer in the esky, and a smell of sausages. 

This isn't a sleigh bell or a sleigh with a sleigh, it's a roadhouse with reindeer that look like roos covered in bull dust, ancient Boabs standing guard and fireflies dancing under a sky, so full of stars you can almost hear them hum. 

It is mates waving goodbye with "See You Next Year", caravans crawling across the endless Nullarbor, and the sunsets that make you feel both tiny and unbreakable. This is the sound and soul of an Australian Christmas, it's raw, sunburnt, and unapologetically ours. 

1.	‘Six White Boomers’ (2025 version) is an up-tempo country-rock reboot, kangaroos pulling the sleigh across the desert night.

2.	‘Santa Wears A Blue Singlet’ is about Surf-life-saver Santa, board shorts, zinc cream, rescuing presents from rips.

3.	‘Thongs On The Rooftop’ is about kids hear clippety-clop instead of hooves, Santa’s lost his ‘RM Williams’ in the pool.

4.	‘Deck The Shed With Bits of Wattle’ is about bush-carols parody, but deadly serious, gum leaves, bottlebrush and Banksia men.

5.	‘Mangoes In The Fruit Bowl’ is about tropical Christmas soul ballad, mangoes, prawns, and ‘Nan’s’ trifle.

6.	Carols By Torchlight Power’s is about a power blackout, where the whole street sings by phone-torch on the nature strip.

7.	‘Christmas On the Nullarbor’ is about road-train drivers’ Christmas, CB radio choir, tinsel on the bull-bar.

8.	‘The Twelve Days of An Aussie Christmas’ is a song about twelve cold stubbies, eleven barbecues, ten meat trays, etc. Crowd sing-along stomper.

9.	‘Pavlova For Jesus’ is about kids leaving a Pav, Tim Tams and a cold ‘VB’ for Santa instead of milk and cookies.

10.	‘Mary Rode A Ute to Bethlehem’ is a Bluegrass-gospel song with banjo and a tale about Mary and Joseph in a Holden with a blown head-gasket.

11.	‘Cicadas In A Gum Tree’ is a slow summer-night ballad about baby Jesus who sleeps to the sound of cicadas and distant thunder.

12.	‘Santa’s Lost His Akubra’ is a kids song about a frantic search for Santa’s hat across Bondi, Uluru, and the MCG.

13.	‘Christmas Day At The RSL’ is about lonely old diggers who find family for one afternoon, indulging in ‘Two-up’ games, meat raffle and mate-ship.
 
14.	‘Red Dust Reindeer’ is a song about an outback station’s Christmas and Santa’s sleigh pulled by red-kangaroo team.

15.	‘Away In A Caravan’ is gentle waltz song about the grey-nomad nativity under the annexe under ‘Broome’s’ landscape.

16.	‘Christmas On The Bitumen’ is the anthem for every Aussie who’s ever celebrated Christmas barefoot on hot bitumen, mango juice running down their arm, arguing whether the pudding should’ve gone in the fridge or the Esky. It is a joyful, irreverent, and 100 % ‘fair dinkum’.

17.	‘XMAS Down Under’ is an Australian Christmas love letter to Australia, with red dust on your boots, a beer in the Esky, and the smell of sausages. 

18.	‘See You Next Year Mate’ is the final track, and a big emotional country-rock closer, Christmas lights on the ‘Hills Hoist’ and everyone swaying with arms around each other.
I hope you enjoy this Christmas Album which is proudly ‘Australian’ and very different from the traditional Christmas songs. It is Merry Christmas and See Ya Next Year, Mate…

Reaching my 60th album is a milestone I never imagined when I first picked up a guitar. Lanterns And Footsteps is my way of honouring every moment that brought me here.
