OMT: The Sessions VOL. 1

For our first episode, we introduce you Andela, dj & producer from Italy, who has recently moved to Amsterdam. 

So far he played in clubs like M’Adam and Oosterbar, and he received support from artists like Max Dean, the dutch duo Newtone and many others. 

His music is characterized by heavy baselines and groovy drums, staying in between of Minimal and tech house.

OMT Session #001 - andela

For the second episode of the series, we bring you the sound of Seor, stage name of Bruno Roessen, DJ & Producer from Rotterdam (NL). 

Thanks to his single “Euphoric”, which reached almost a million streams between platforms, many labels and promoters, like the famous brand Happy Feelings, noticed his talent and start to work with him.

His sound is characterized by raw drums, floating synths and refreshing melodies. His main inspiration comes from the 90’s house and techno.

OMT Session #002 - Seor

This time we bring the sound of Phil-O, stage name of Filippo Quadraccia, talented Italian DJ and producer who’s recently moved to Amsterdam. 

His long journey in the music industry brought him to play in famous clubs like Cyborg and Buongiorno Classic in Italy , and to release music on labels like  Première TBX, Shift, Citylow, Distrikt and others.

He recently announced his first Europe Tour, with parties in Walles, Germany, Italy and in the Netherlands.

OMT Session #003 - Phil-O

Please welcome Hris East, talented Bulgarian DJ who spent most of his life in the Netherlands. 

Thanks to his captivating sound and his great DJ skills that he developed in the past years, he’s now regularly playing all over the country, with parties in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Nijmegen and other cities.

From last year he also launched his own Amsterdam based party called 252, and the last edition was a successful sold out in Oosterbar.

OMT Session #004 - Hris East

Strong friendship is the key behind the project Søns, a dj duo made by Alex Barbu and Mattia Valbusa, young talents from Verona (IT). 

They started working together in 2020 during the pandemic, and since that moment they always worked to reach common goals. 

With the desire to pay homage to their territory, and to build a name for themselves, they decided to found Sketches at the beginning of 2023, a series of events all located in mountain huts. The energy of their parties is unique, as a real connection is created between man and nature, making the event unmissable every time.

Their musical style is purely electronic, inspired by minimal techno and electro house, they manage to create a mood you are not used to.

OMT Session #005 - Søns

This week we take you on a discovery of sounds more inspired by Eastern European culture. 

Karen Barseghian is a Latvian-born artist who has made a significant impact on the electronic music scene. 

With over a decade of experience, Barseghian has honed a unique sound that encompasses minimal, house, and techno genres.

He constantly receive support from artist like Raresh and and the leading exponents of the Ro-minimal genre.

Andrea Scaranna is a DJ and producer born in Lecco (IT) in 1994. 

Since childhood, he developed a great passion for music, in particular for techno music. 

He immediately became a frequent visitor of clubs and festivals, until he started playing at the age of 26. He soon became the resident DJ of one of the most famous parties in Lecco, which launched him to play in the biggest clubs in northern Italy like Plastic, Club44, Amnesia and Bolgia. 

His sound is in constant evolution, and labels like LYC and Klap Music recognized his talent.

OMT Session #007 - Andrea Scaranna

Riccardo Lucaferro is a young DJ from Desenzano del Garda (IT), class of '98, who has succeeded in recent years thanks to his talents and great passion for events.

In 2020 he founded together with some partners the event @lagoritmo_official , starting from small clubs, they managed to bring the brand to the biggest discos in their region, such as Sesto Senso Club, Latte Piu' and Biblo'.

Slippin Richie is his stage name, under which he managed to perform with artists such as Jamie Jones, Yaya, Neverdogs, Richie Ahmed, Luuk van Dijk, Leon, Dennis Cruz and many others.

Diggity is an Italian Dj from Verona. 

He bought his first turntable in 2013 and since then he has been searching for the sounds that most represent him and then sharing them during the djsets.

His passion for electronic music has led him to play alongside national and international artists.

He is co-founder of the Dischi Freschi project based in Verona (IT)

Michele Tesoro is a young and talented DJ from Turin (IT), who’s currently living an eclectic life between Milan, Pavia and all the major cities of northern Italy, thanks to his passion for fashion and music combined.

He is a musical enthusiast and his sets are characterized by energy, vibe and freshness.

He’s always searching for new sounds, indeed there are influences of the genres that have accompanied him on his personal musical journey: from house to techno, from soul to hip hop and R&B.

Very active in the night scene of northern italy, he is resident dj for @lineolum_milano, @human.rw and @freequency.events.

Prince Anizoba is an italo-African producer and vinyl collector, known for his ability to merge progressive music, electro, house, uk and amapiano percussion into a unique and recognizable style. 

His passion for the drums and the selections mixed on the dance floors, are the result of a multicultural life experience, which has allowed him to develop an original vision in the world of music. 

In 2012 Prince takes his residency at Be Quiet in Italy, sharing the stage with Frankie Knuckles, Satoshi Tomiie, Giuliano Veronese, Kay Sand, Sossa, Paolo Martini, Ben Klock, Joseph Capriati, Ben Ufo, Petar Dundov, Tiga. Davide Squillace, Alan Oldham and Ellen Allien. 

Since 2013 his party called Area has the the pleasure to listen to the music of Delano Smith, Bas Ibellini, Baba Stiltz, Ron Wilson, Luca Albano, Jona, Flora Päär, Janina, Benjamin Damage, Nastia, James Mile, Raoul K and Corrado Bucci, Luca Bacchetti, Sis, Danny Daze, Francesca Lombardo, Cristian Viviano, Miguel Campbell, Dinky and Souldynamic. 

In 2023 ”Space Lovers” was released with three progressive gems on the german record label Panicorama, and "Andromeda" marks his debut on the american Vantablak with three mesmerizing tracks. 

With his passion and dedication to music, Prince continues to collaborating with singers, dancers and musicians, creating music productions and a unique listening experience.

A newly formed collaboration of underground sound coming from the heart of South Wales, UK

Dojo Dub is a brand new concept based on the sound of SHIFT Records own resident DJ and producers Smoky Bacon & Troy The Boy

The pair have been practicing their craft both in the studio and on the dance floor for a number years, supporting some of the biggest names in the business. They’ve also been part some of Cardiff’s hottest underground parties in recent years 

Together they are starting a new venture as a duo bringing a completely new style of underground house music to your ears

Dojo Dub’s music has hadsupport from some of the best in the scene so far this year and they look ahead to releasing their debut EP in the coming months

OMT Session #013 - Dojo Dub (Unreleased Only)

If ABBA had a child with Daft Punk, there would be Kirilski. 

From disco to filthiest basslines, his enigmatic style stems from combining electronic with old-school. In this hybrid set with DJS-1000, Kirilski dives deep into his favorite disco-house classics and augments it with live sampling.

Kirilski’s sound has been played on sound-systems of infamous cultural venues, such as Radion, Sexyland and the Chapel of Hotel Arena, among many others. Having performed in B2B and B3B configurations with up-and-coming artists like Nicola Gavino, Gabriel Brasil and FR3ADY, has proven his multi-genre versatility. 

In late 2022, Kirilski has established his own collective by the name of Boogie House, which has been rapidly growing within Amsterdam event scene.

Liam Smith is a self taught DJ/Producer from South Wales (UK). 

Liam is still within the early stages of his music career as he makes his entrance within the music sector in and around the uk recently supported the likes of Chris Stussy, East End Dubs, Fleur Shore, Sosa, Dennis Cruz & More.

Slowly crafting his sound sitting on a variety of unreleased tracks coming out this year & releases to labels Liam is looking to thrive into the music scene.

The young DJ and producer ETEREA is in love with electronic music especially tech house, mini- mal/ deep tech. 

She finds it to be an incredibly expressive form of art, an opportunity to explore human emotions through captivating rhythms and enveloping melodies.

ETEREA and the music became bound to each other, she decided to take things seriously. 

In 2023 summer she played for Pacha Group in Formentera at Pachacha club.

After her successful debut, her career rised up and she plays on a regular base in clubs across Europe. Also in 2023 she was invited to perform at the Ibiza Global Radio.

D.U.T.R.A is the artistic name of Brazilian Victor Marcelo Dutra Oenning lives in San Alberto – Paraguay, one of the creators and DJ of the group inside:line and also creator of the record label Address Of Time.

With musical research conducted by influences from the most distinct styles and genres of E-music, such as Electro, Euro Dance, House, Progressive House and Techno.

D.U.T.R.A tries to adapt to the track he is taking and does not label his musical style with just one aspect, as in his sets he ends up wandering through several aspects that please him.
