For number forty two, comes a mix from someone whose mixes have soundtracked many of my days in the last few years. @alblayney is a Dublin, Ireland based digger, DJ and label head - running @appiansounds label and more recently @spaceshepherdmusic

Al is a relentless digger for smooth dub techno and dreamy house and electronica records - sounds which trademark his always lovely mixes. 
Beyond his knack for crafting mixes, Al's label @appiansounds has seen releases from the likes of @forest-drive-west , @o-utlier and many more, and boasts a diverse, classy and exciting catalogue of music.

Driven by a strong vision and philosophy, Experiment Intrinsic promotes a positive, conscious culture, the project seeks to elevate its participants through their immersive gatherings.

Nathalia’s mixes combine field recordings, spoken word, mantras and subtle textures to create powerful narratives that guide the listener into a deeper state. In her sets today, organic tapestries of sound move with the breath of nature.

Adepte de la nature, Atoloi explore le son en créant un amalgame moelleux de couches à l'aide de synthétiseurs en écho, d'enregistrements de terrain traités et d'échantillons créés par lui-même, le tout mélangé dans une expérience lysergique de bruits lourds et de compositions instrumentales évocatrices.

Ne s'en tenant pas uniquement aux sonorités orientées vers les clubs, ses productions et ses mixes recherchent d'autres profondeurs, dans lesquelles l'auditeur peut se perdre dans un voyage dense et sans frontières entre les mondes de la danse et de la méditation.


(Eng) As a devotee of nature, Atoloi explores sound creating a mellow amalgam of layers using echoing synths, processed field recordings, and self-created samples; all mixed in a lysergic experience of heavy-grained noises and evocative instrumental compositions.

Not sticking only to club-oriented sonorities, instead, his productions and mixes search for other depths, in which the listener can get lost in a dense "no boundaries" journey between the worlds of dance and meditation.

Duo complice un peu trop bruyant, chez nous on écoute beaucoup de musique, on cherche inlassablement des pépites, on fond pour les esthétiques des années 90, notamment quand il s’agit de progressive et de trance, univers que l’on aime insuffler en club. Chez Amplitudes, la DA sera bien plus “Dimanche Café”, entre dub, downtempo vaporeuse, et tribal douce et colorée.
