The latest release on Tash's Movement Recordings finds the label showcasing the sixth installment of its 'GLBLMVMT' series. These region-specific compilations were first unveiled in 2018 with Federico Monachesi curating the progressive hotbed of Argentina. Moving forward, the label has unveiled a new edition each year, with Cyprus, India, France and Sri Lanka being the chosen destinations, expertly curated by Paul and Don, Aaryan, Wielki and Kyotto across the next four years. Now unveiling the sixth and much anticipated edition, Movement calls upon NuFects to curate the talent-rich region of Colombia with exclusive music from (in order of appearance): Gux Jimenez, Arbey Gonzalez, Leo Guerrero, NuFects, Suntech & Jhonny LP, Armandhe and Cut Knob.

Making their label debut with selection five is Suntech & Johnny LP. Whether working in tandem or in solo capacity, the Colombian duo have been two of their country's premiere progressive house talents. The Medellín residents continue to find favour with the genre's premiere tastemakers Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, while also branching out for releases via Clubsonica Records, Mango Alley and their own Onestar imprint. Movement Recordings is the latest landing spot for this talented duo, as they make their label debut with progressive grooves of 'Parseltongue'.

Argentinian duo Abity make their return on Manual Music's MNL subsidiary with an excellent two-tracker, featuring the songs 'Lacar' and 'Rusty Soul'.

'Lacar' is a mysterious slow moving track built on the foundation of a relentless kickdrum and a deep oozing bassline. It's gradually builds up, adding more and more subtle melodic layers. An outstanding piece of work!

'Rusty Soul' sounds a bit more "classic prog" with its uplifting and rolling production trickery in combination with delayed synths and samples. Classic sounding, but with the trademark Abity vibe going on. An essential dancefloor weapon!

We are happy to welcome Brazil-based DJ and Producer Rass with his debut release "Orientalism".
