I Wish (funk cover)

ONEROOM is a funk and R&B band based in the Philippines. ONEROOM initially started as your basic run-of-the-mill high school rock band, but they eventually found their sound by venturing into funky and soul-filled horizons under the influence of major funk and R&B musicians such as Vulfpeck, IV of Spades, and Tom Misch. Their new-found heavily-compressed triplet-filled sound yearned to be heard past their school walls. Luckily, their wishes were granted. 

The initial band members started with Ivan Alvarez on the piano, CJ Tagapulot on the bass, and Enrique Villa on the guitar. They were later joined by Jorik Jundez on the drums and Brian De Jesus on the saxophone.
