Onerus - Elevator (Extended Mix)

Following their guest mix on Insomniac Radio, denver-based brothers, Onerus, recently released tracks on Hood Politics Records and an EP on Candy Flip Records. Inspired by a voicemail from a friend's peculiar date in Denver, their song 'Low Battery' boasts a dark bassline and unconventional percussion.

a year has passed since the birth of our seed to sail mix series, and what a year it's been. between the 3 of us, we found new love, birthed a child, moved across a country, and started new jobs. with all this change creating new physical and mental distances between us, music has always been a haven that will keep us as intimately connected as the day this project started.

this mix is a reflection of the constant flux that is the human experience, and has a little something for everyone from the trap queens to the house fiends. we hope it brings you to a place of connection and love.

Coming off their guest mix on Insomniac Radio, these Indiana born and Denver based brothers, Onerus, are sending waves of tasteful beats and techy sweepers across the dance floor. Starting music production in 2014, their creative endeavors have spanned a variety of lanes including trap, future bass, progressive, and more. As their musical intrigue has evolved, so has their music. In recent years, Steven and Tony have lit a burning passion and firmly planted their feet in house music – where they challenge the status quo, blending their love and experience in multiple genres into their music.

Onerus released on Hood Politics Records and an EP release on Candy Flip Records in 2023, with more on the way. When they aren’t playing out shows in Denver, these brothers have brought their live experience to other cities: Austin, Chicago, Indianapolis, and LA.

There is truly something magnetizing about these two, and their contagious energy is creating a unique journey through sound for all occasions.
