"Your Own Monster"  is part of The Faculty 2, a continuation of collaborations with artists that I've worked, performed, and toured with over the course of my career.  (full album dropping September) When I sent Myka the concept, I told him the track focused on trusting your own inner voice in the midst of conflicting external pressures.  And naturally, the Freestyle Fellowship OG came correct.  The beat was produced using Ableton, smashing 808's, and too many hours in the studio \m/
