Expressing our emotions can be difficult and most of the time scary, however, it is part of the magic and nature of what it is to be human.
According to clinical psychologist, Susan David, author of the book "Emotional Agility", "emotions are biological data that must be experienced and then set aside", that`s, when we try to cage or suppress our emotions, we are essentially trying to fight against our natural biology.

But, what if, instead of imprisoning them, we learned to express them in an appropriate and constructive way? This can be: talking to trusted friends or family, a professional in the field of psychology, writing a diary or finding a creative activity that allows you to EXTERNALIZE!

This project, MOTUS INCLUSAS, from the english "Caged Emotions", was created and developed in an attempt to express, translate, expand and communicate through the abstract form that electronic music has.
After starting to learn the language of music production from scratch and having completed the ATMO course at the Atelier Modular school, located in Porto, here is my first EP after 7 months of dedication. 

It is an honor to be able to share with everyone this project of mine that represents the birth of my identity as an artist in the world of psychedelic music.

As psychologist Brené Brown says, "there is no courage without vulnerability".

I would like to thank you strongly for all the support given, "on and off the field", to my teachers and friends. To Manel (Gandhabba) and Nando (Psyjar/Grub).

In the sacred spiral of the night, a rite began without warning.
ONK SU NAMUN debut at Twisted Grove followed no path: it summoned forces, dismantled metrics, and set time ablaze with merciless shifts in rhythm and intensity.

Amid frantic BPMs, abrupt transitions, and unstable atmospheres, the set became a living organism — at times danceable, at times delirious — where every beat was a call, every pause, an omen. 

Twisted Grove, home to daring projects and guardian of ever-shifting soundscapes, was the fertile ground where this ritual took root.

With deep gratitude to the tribe that welcomed the unexpected — and to every being who danced, felt, and vibrated through this journey without a map.
In sound, we’ll meet again.

At this Halloween party I had 2 hours in charge of this party in the North of Portugal where I prepared a trip with my already released tracks, unreleased tracks and tracks from projects that inspire me in this journey as a producer! 

A giant trip, covering many kilometers and steep bpm's but that had a very low start and together we were doing a great trekking up the bpm mountain!

the project was born at the end of 2023 with a clear intention:
