Crudeza, odio, vergüenza, repulsión, decepción… este álbum es la consecuencia de una traición que literalmente ha roto mi percepción de la realidad. Una historia que empezó con amor, confianza, aprendizaje, empatía y comunicación, prosiguió con distancia y respeto, y terminó con actos y frases que jamás habría imaginado salir de tu boca.

Ocho tracks que no buscan más que descargar de alguna forma mis sentimientos utilizando la música como herramienta. Ritmos crudos, texturas viscerales, distorsión, y una narrativa que va desde la decepción al desprecio. 

Esto no es solo música, es el grito de alguien que creyó en una versión de ti que ya no existe.

After a collaboration with fellow Naarm based producer, Desinformant, as well as a remix, Feed The Void is extremely excited to welcome Hedchef to the label for a full length release. ‘Non-Stop Visions Of God’ merges together sub heavy genres with mind bending samples and a whole lot of tension. Tales of squid, rattlesnakes and ayahuasca paint the psychedelic landscape of the trip. This one’s hard hitting and full of impeccable sound design and bold structures that move away from dance music’s traditional linear format.

Remixes come from UK Bass producer K-65, who’s crafted a high energy version of ‘Pepper’s Ghost’, as well as FTV label head Birds, with a dark and twisted take on ‘Diamondback Rattlesnake’ (featuring her signature live vocals) and New York based producer Doctor Jeep with a peak time percussive rework of ‘Earl Grey Ayahuasca.’

Our premiere, @g-twentythree + @rivetadam's 'Loose Dogs Brexperiment' is a sanctioned rave-invoker, throbbing to the iterative attacks of rewinding snares and sliced-and-diced vox hooks. Yet it's the oversimplified three-note drips - like stalactites forming over a deep, heavy-battered phreatic lake - that will get you coming back to it and hammer the repeat button like a caveman tossed in a feverish free-party. Massive.

Kalli - It Ain't The Future, Yet! (ONRU003)

Following last years remix of ‘System’ with Tiz East, Simkin returns to All Centre with ‘Toxin’ the second dose of his infectious hybridized club sound.

On the title track he picks up where he left off, riffing on the tropes of techno and club styles with ease and continuing to set the pace for what’s to come. Sprawling high pitched FX fly overhead veering in all directions whilst a cavernous chord pins down the tracks chugging beat as it lurches forward.

B-side ‘Anarres’ begins with an assured combination of deep 4x4 kicks and industrious percussion that are later joined by an angelic haunting melody and a picked bass line. As the track glides along further drums begin to syncopate, locking the listener deeper into a phantom breakbeat groove.

Toxin is available across all platforms from the 6th of March.
