Braintrapped comes with a dark edge and an exciting break to build some proper tension during a set.
The groove on Generator combined with lots of crushed rides results in an high energy level to get the dance floor through the late afterhours.

On remix duty we have Petter B from Sweden. This great producer has already proven his self on big labels such as Drumcode, and now he shares his vision on Braintrapped with us. He has taken the essential parts out of the original and stripped it down to a straight forward techno stomper.

On/Off - Braintrapped (Original Mix)

Boeing 909 EP is the latest work produced by On/Off for Onofficial Records. The main track ‘Boeing 909’ was inspired by a synth that actually sounded like a Boeing airplane taking off. The main synth lingers in the background during the beginning of the track, slowly rising towards an epic climax where the lead sound gains full momentum. “Peak time” is how we would label this beast.

‘Bad Situation’ is a track with a different story. For some reason, they simply forgot about it. After going through some music, preparing for a gig On/Off stumbled upon the track again and dropped it later that night. The response was amazing, there was no doubt that it had to be included in their next EP.

Onofficial Records was mainly intended to be a platform for our own releases. But when Antonello Teora sent us his tracks, we where blasted by the quality and vibe of his production, and we had to sign them. Expect a lot of this young talented producer from Italy!

The Storm is a real big room techno anthem with a repetitive stab, an excellent build up and a break down in which the pads really take the track to another level.

The Wise Said has got the Italian techno groove all over it. The stab chord and percussion in the hart of the track feels like a clockwork machinery that will get you moving.

February marks the launch of On/Off's very own imprint called 'Onofficial Records'. To kick off the release schedule, On/Off has delivered a banging two track EP. 'Faker EP' has all the ingredients of a typical On/Off release: throbbing beats, heavy bass, foggy noises and crushing rides. In other words simply known as 'Techno'!

On/Off has been one of the rising names within the global techno community. A string of solid releases on high quality labels such as 8 Sided Dice, Analytictrail, Phobiq and Brood Audio did not go unnoticed and lead to their residency for one of Amsterdam's most exciting new concept 'I amtechno'. Both in the studio and on stage, 2013 will be an exciting year.
