This track is the start of the album and is set during the time before the relationship begins. It is the protagonist's way of telling someone how he feels about them as he can't find the courage to say it face to face.
It starts with a happy, positive outlook on the situation, but finishes with the protagonist having doubts about his chances with the other person.
This track uses ukulele, vocals and some simple percussion.


Green Eyes

This track tells the story of the protagonist apologising after a mistake he has made which has put a dent in his relationship with the other person.
He apologises and tries to fix things by bringing the relationship back to how it started, with a dance, to attempt to remind the other person how they fell in love.


One More Chance, One Last Dance

This track is about the protagonist ending the relationship, but having the right reasons and best intentions for doing so. He does it in an attempt to stop the other person in the relationship being hurt more than is necessary and giving off the message that he still wants to be with them, but it just isn't possible.

Risk It All

This track tells the story of the time after the relationship from a 3rd person perspective, and describes the situations that the protagonist and partner got into after the end of the relationship. 
The protagonists partner hasn't been able to come to terms with losing the 'love of her life', and has come to the conclusion that taking her own life is the only solution to her problem.
This leaves the protagonist with feelings of intense guilt, blaming himself for what has happened. This has caused him to keep running away from his past and has stopped him from getting into another relationship in fears that the same will happen again.
This song has a direct link to the first track of the album, 'Green Eyes', with the line 'He promised he would love her, from now until forever' being used in the chorus of 'Green Eyes'.


My Little Bird

This track wasn't initially going to be on the E.P. as it isn't related to the story being told by the other tracks but, during my recording session, i felt that this would sound good, in terms of style, with the other tracks on the E.P., and decided to put it on the E.P. as a bonus track.
It is similar to 'Risk It All' in the respect that it is about the protagonist ending a relationship, but this track is different as the protagonist is leaving due to the fact that he has had enough of being messed around by the other person in the relationship.
