Music Feedback uses music and popular culture to promote youth mental health, encourage help seeking and reduce the stigma associated with mental health issues. Music talks about mental health, so can you.

The song;
'I’ve always laughed or cried in the process of writing my music, and this was definitely one of the latter. Living with complex PTSD, I’ve been through many periods of my life where reaching out for help was necessary to pull through the darkest of times, and each time they came I was struck by the realisation; the first person you need to ask for help is yourself.  Initially I wrote ‘Stay’ as if calling to another, but eventually saw how the song was only ever asking myself to pull through, one night at a time.'
