In 2015 FIBA Americas action from Mexico City, Mexico, Canada defeats the Dominican Republic on Wednesday afternoon. They had already qualified for the semi finals a day earlier. #1 seeded Canada will play #4 Venezuela on Friday September 11th. The winner qualifies for the 2016 Olympics in Rio, Brazil. 
In NBA news we discuss the Thabo Sefalosha court appearance, the Bucks looking to finally get their new arena built, Nikola Mirotic tearing up the Serbian flag and the NBA voting to seed teams in each conference by record and not by division winners.
Our special guest was Jerry Zgoda who is the Minnesota Timberwolves beat writer with the Star Tribune who talked about Andrew Wiggins and Anthony Bennett's great summer and the impact Wiggins is having on the fans in Minnesota.

After a disappointing 3rd place finish at the 2015 FIBA Americas Championship where they failed to qualify for the 2016 RIO Olympics, Drew and Frank exhale and deal with their stresses of Canada losing by talking about the circumstances surrounding the collapse of a team that was the best in the tourney. All is not lost though as Team Canada has a chance to qualify next summer. Special guest is TSN and TSN1050 Basketball reporter Josh Lewenberg. Enjoy the show.
