I think you have a lot of good ideas here! Having the kick be off-beat to everything else is a really good call. I feel like the kick overpowers most other things which makes having more syncopated rhythms tough. I definitely think you have the right idea though!

19 years ago I played my first round of Killer Instinct in a dark, smokey pub in Capella, a small town in central Queensland, Australia.  This amazing game, and the amazing music by Robin Beanland & Graeme Norgate, inspired me into a career of music for video games.

This Friday, the 22nd of November, we're unleashing the new Killer Instinct into the world.  I am privileged to have been able to play in this musical universe and I hope you, the fan, enjoys the blood, sweat and tears that we've poured into this thing.

C'est moi - Autobiographie

I have a story to share with you. It's about Baal, and yes you heard correctly. I wont repeat myself. This tale has travelled centuries! I came across it one night at the town tavern. I was enjoying my brew when a traveller came asking for a coin, only to offer me a story in return. I took his offer and now you can pass on the legacy.

It all began before the age of man.. long time ago in a galax.... ok not really. 

Baal was enjoying his time by the lake trying to catch a salmon. He was already reeling a big salmon when a group of mermaids interrupted him and let the salmon get away. Baal was not pleased and vengeance was laid upon the mermaids. We haven't seen any mermaids since.

I like classical music, and i'm trying to learn to create some of my own. I am working on creating some CGI short films, and want to create my own music for them.
