After a short hiatus, we’re happy to be back with a beautiful mix coming at your with love from DJ, live and hybrid artist, Sarah Wreath.

A servant of sonic gestures, Sarah has gifted us with a transfixing rhythmic exploration ushering us into an intriguing mystery world, where tantalising atmospheres, grounding earthy basslines and Serpentine-like flow sweep us away. It's a journey of darkness and light, a sonic expedition of all that swims both above and below the surface of consciousness - and the dance between these two realms of existence - and we can't get enough!

There is so much talent and beautiful energy within our scene and Sarah is another prime example of this.

For our fourteenth installement we've invited Noah Lyas, an artist passionate about making refined ceramics and composing deep atmospheric rhythms.

Malii grew up in a house where music was always on because of two passionate parents who shared a large record collection with their children. With a father as a musician, early contact with different instruments was made as well as performing arts.

Later in life, around the age of twenty, after many dances in night clubs with friends, Malii started to make his own music focussing on soft percussive rhythms and lush atmospheres, finding inspiration in different kinds of music and sometimes movies.

The first two releases, “Before the Horizon” and “Obsidian”, were the starting point of Noah Lyas, his pseudonym, and the beginning of his record label called “Profundo Collective”.

Episode 3. Laima Adelaide

Saturday at the Mostra Festival will be remembered as a true celebration of techno, from Bas Dobbelaer's opening set at the Foso stage to Sonic Wave Collective's closing set at the Castell. 

That afternoon, the Foso stage hosted three artists: Bas Dobbelaer, Tevor Handa, and Patrick Russell. We were already familiar with Bas and Patrick's exceptional skills behind the decks, but Tevor Handa was an unknown to us. However, we had complete faith in Alfonso's (programming director of Mostra Festival) impeccable taste and programming, and we were excited to hear a DJ who is a local favorite and a discovery for some in the crowd (including us) that day.

Following an outstanding opening set by Bas Dobbelaer, Tevor took over and delivered one of the festival's standout performances. Olmo Rodríguez, aka Tevor Handa, showcased deep techno that perfectly matched the open-air, daytime atmosphere. His mix was groovy, engaging, intricate, and well-balanced. It wasn't just about avoiding fillers or chasing killers; it was a solid track selection, with each track bringing its unique flair. Every track stood out, whether it was an infectious groove, a trippy liquid synth line, or a lush, mellow melody.

That Saturday, Tevor Handa won us over, and we are thrilled to present his mix on our channel.

FOREST ON STASYS
 
OWNER AND ELECTRONIC EXPLORER IN DANZA NATIVA.
The creativity of Forest On Stasys is Influenced by tribal minimalist techno in the nineties and the deepest and most abstract techno currently. In his tracks the most seductive elements are the use of resonant basses perfectly combined with long and reverberated pads, extensive sonorous landscapes that are modified by continuous movement of LFO, solid grooves and strident percussions.
But not everything that comes out of his head is created with an intention to be used on the dance floor. He has a great admiration for drone and ambient tracks, without a rhythmic pattern that predominates, where the main factor is to captivate the listener with melodies that can be marked by a strong melancholy or with notes that give a certain feeling of satisfaction depending on his current mood.

Biography:

Vanoni is a young DJ/Producer hailing from Patagonia, Argentina. Currently based in Buenos Aires. He began developing his producer side in 2018, after years of DJing on his hometown scene. Getting a base characterized by hipnotism, mininimalism, ground textures, tribal rhythms and psychedelic synths. 
You will find his productions on labels such as Danza Nativa, Oslated, From a Lost Place, Tecnologia Organica, Ritualism and more.
